If you need a piercing, Mike is the guy to go to!!! I went in today and he helped me put in earrings for my triple piercing I have! Some of the holes closed up, so he repierced them for me and got all 6 earrings back in! I was so happy to have them back in! He also helped me 2 weeks ago change out my nose ring stud to a hoop! He’s always does a good job!

It was my first tattoo, and although I wasn't nervous I also didn't know what to do. Jesse, my artist, was super helpful, relaxed, and made me feel like I had been there a million times. Will definitely be back for my next one.

I love this place!! It’s the only place i’ll get tattoo’d. This is my third one, the biggest one i’ve done yet and I went to an artist i’ve never been to before; Carlos. He is amazing!! He made all the changes I wanted even tho a couple were last minute (like right when I got there) Loved the whole experience:)

First off i just want to say that i still would give this place a 5 star for tattooing just not for piercing!! I’ve seen josh and sander both of which do amazing work and are reasonably priced. i will 100% be going here next time i want a tattoo especially because they take walk ins. unfortunately i had a very bad experience with the piercer Mike this past friday. i came in as a walk in to get my tongue pierced which i had done a lot of research about previously and had even asked Mike about last time i came in to get my septum pierced (please note my septum is fine and although i don’t love where he placed it i haven’t had any issues). He marked my tongue and i agreed on the placement before he pierced it and put the jewelry in. i noticed at the shop that while the ball on the top of my tongue was even the ball under my tongue was leaned towards the left side of my mouth. i didn’t really think anything of it and assumed it was because of something to do with my anatomy. in all of my research i had come to understand that typically the piercer will use a longer bar than necessary as the first jewelry to accommodate for the swelling that will occur in the initial 1-2 weeks which helps with comfort. Mike after having pierced my tongue and put the jewelry in explained that he did not feel it was necessary to use the longer bar so he went with the standard tongue bar instead but that if i felt discomfort i could come back and have it switched out (he did not mention that this would be an extremely painful process if done in the first few days). the first 3 days were pretty painful and lots of swelling occurred and i started to feel pressure in my tongue where the swelling was causing my tongue to start almost absorbing the ball. it was beyond painful to eat, drink, and even just have my tongue resting in my mouth. it is my understanding that typically swelling starts to come down on day 4 so i thought if i waited until then and didn’t see improvement i would consider it a problem. i woke up today (day 4) in excruciating pain and waited until metamorphosis (a piercing/tattoo shop in broadripple) opened so i could have them check on my tongue and maybe switch out the bar. their piercer explained that it was in my best interest to take the bar out and not replace it with a new one as the piercing was crooked and went through my left tongue muscle. i have been in so much preventable pain the last couple of days and while i understand that all piercings come with risks and discomfort but this was excessive and could have been avoided with a longer bar in the first place.

The piercer Mike is the best guy there he did my boyfriend’s nose piercing faster than I’ve seen done before and helped us when his eyebrow ring got lost. We’ve started hoping that he’s there everytime we go because he’s just been so chill and helpful. There are definitely cheaper places to go but we favor him and don’t mind spending the extra money, it’s definitely worth it. Yall better pay and tip him good!
