Very cool place, and staff. My daughter is an aspiring tattoo artist, so we drove up from Louisville, KY to check this place out, and get some supplies. The person at the front was extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. She gave some great tips, and really made my daughter feel comfortable. A well deserved 5 stars! Great job, and cool atmosphere.

I showed up to the store at 11:05am to pick up supplies. No one was there, until 11:15am when someone with orange hair showed up, I had to leave bc I was going to be late for work. I won’t be going back, this was disappointing.

Great art store! Love the needle cartridges! Always nice and friendly at the checkout counter! Usually helpful on letting me know when a restock will occur!

Always had great experiences. Been using the needles for about 5 years, and been going to the brick & mortar since they opened. Never had any issues with anything I’ve purchased and it’s always nice to be able to take a quick trip between tattoos if I need something right then. All the customer service I’ve received has been great and the supply routes are super convenient.

little to no hospitality, they sell you faulty items and do not accept refunds, all round bad experience for me purchased stencil paper it came wet, ripped dirty, mind you 0 refunds for a nearly $50 product with no compensation.
