I’ve been getting tattooed from Sock for a bit now, this shop always makes me feel welcomed and is a safe space for lgbtq+ individuals. I suggest this shop to everyone I meet!

Lexie originally approached me to commission a piece from my crochet business. We settled on a trade of goods as I have been really interested in her ear mapping process. Upon entering the studio the entire environment was beautiful, professional, and eclectic. It’s amazing to see a business let their artists express themselves everywhere. Lexie showed me around the studio and when at her booth we discussed ear mapping. She showed me some AMAZING ideas of what she thought would look good with my ear, most of which I had never seen before. She took an untraditional design approach that was personalized to my anatomy and my personality and I can’t wait to keep going back. We discussed my own personal healing issues and personal health history and she comforted me on all concerns I had. She did the most painful piercing first (the conch I got) and then the two love piercing next. Piercings hurt, she may be magic but nothing takes the pain away of a needle going through you haha. She helped me work through the pain and was as fast as possible to minimize my discomfort. She set me up with basic jewlery and discussed upgrades in the future. She is polite, hilarious, punctual, and overall an amazing piercer. As a professional she is amazing and she treats her clients with respect and with the care you would a dear friend. I can’t wait to keep working on my ear mapping projects with her and go to see the other artists at LVI2!!!

I have gotten a thigh tattoo from Carlos. He was able to design something that I was only thinking and he made come true. Each rose represents a very important family member. I am getting my other thigh done in December. Carlos is the best. Update: my other thigh is done and Carlos just keeps showing why I go back to him and will keep going back.

Carlos is the only person I'll let tattoo me from this point forward. He has done a phenomenal job on a dedication sleeve to my father. His artistic talent is amazing. I highly recommend Carlos for all your tattoo needs!!! 🖤🤍🔥🔥

Carlos is an awesome gentleman that you know he enjoys doing tattoos and it's his passion. He had done my Brooklyn tattoo and Mario Autism tattoo. He recolored my Heart of the Ocean tattoo to make it pop more. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a tattoo. He also has wonderful conversation that does not make it boring when getting a tattoo done.
