Got my first tattoo here with my husband. We loved Keith, he will be back to get one eventually!

Don’t come here! Not only was the piercer dry and awkward, but I pre-paid $20+ for a service they couldn’t provide. They wouldn’t give my money back. $20+ to sit in a folding chair, scoot inbetween the piercers’ legs, and a 30 second attempt at service. I understand that all shops are different and some do not provide certain procedures for safety purposes. I can totally understand if the piercer is unwilling. It was when they said that my $20 was just for the “set-up” cost (chair, clamps, napkin) that i was pissed. No compensation, just money down the drain. Gas is $6 right now, save your money and check in somewhere else.

This is by far the worst place for anyone to get their piercings from because the staff is very unprofessional and for that matter disqualified for this kinda work.I got my ear piercing and wasn't done correctly at an angle into my ear canal, moreover, using unsterilized tools or pliers to secure the cheap stud in place.My ear got infected and had a visible bump on front side cuz my skin reacted to the cheap curved bar stud inserted( supposedly to last for 1 year) yet wasn't hypoallergenic as stated during piercing by the piercer who didnt even consult me about the kind of studs i wanted her to insert.When I went back to have their cheap studs removed the manager ordered the piercer Keisha,to have me sign a release form document which I did.I guess they didn't wanna be liable for their noticeably huge mistake.I tried to call the owner, John for a refund and complaint, but he ignored my calls and texts.This place is a big joke and needs to be shut down or they need to train their staff.Legally, they may be facing a law suit soon for using unsanitary techniques they're using and health risk to the public.I had to take antibiotics for my ear infection.I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! I am a Medical Assistant/pharmacy Technician by career so I know what phlebotomy entails and know that practicing proper hand hygiene and wearing PPE during the medical procedure in healthcare is key as well.Further inspection of this place is recommended, by the state.Watch out!

Keff is one of the most honest, down to earth, and GENTLE, if I must say, tattoo artists I’ve ever came across. I went to him a little over 2 years ago for a tattoo, and just went back recently for a coverup. He kept it all the way real with me and my tattoo coverup came out AMAZING!!! We laughed and joked the whole time through like we were family. And he was fast!! The quality of the work he does is 5+ stars 🤩! Thank you again Mr. Keff, and keep up the great customer service!

I really enjoyed my visit and service. The young lady who did my piercing was very honest and knowledgeable. It was three of us, and we all left satisfied with our piercings.
