Rockstar Tattoo

I love the people here!! I’ve got my nose pierced here and 2 tattoos. All three of my artists were so sweet and comforting. Lauren was so sweet during my second tattoo especially. The store owner is also so funny and I love chatting with him. Such a good and healthy environment. I’ll be back soon 🤭

I got a tattoo with Tina yesterday and she was amazing!!!! I was her 50th tat and I'm so glad we came in, I had a bad experience in there years ago with a rude guy and someone said try again and glad we did!! My Boyfriend got me this as an anniversary gift, our golden retriever passed in May and I wanted to have something special on me to remember Neo. ❤️ Thank you again for a great experience!! You were all super sweet and helpful!!!! And we will be back 💯!!!!

Came in yesterday with my daughter to get a lip piercing. Greeted and helped with the process while we waited for her turn. Only thing I didn’t like about the whole experience, is as my daughter was in the chair under the needle… twice they’d knock on the door letting her know she had another person in for a piercing.. That’s all well and great cause she was amazing!! But how absolutely rude and unprofessional.

My boyfriend and I walked into Rockstar tattoo not expecting to get a tattoo today because of the style he wanted, but Lauren was able to fit us in quickly and made the whole experience so easy. She was incredibly friendly, talented, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back for more with her!

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. When my daughter and I arrived, the atmosphere was immediately uncomfortable. Instead of being greeted politely a woman was making jokes directed at my daughter and me, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Based on some of the comments she made, I believe she may even have been the owner, which made the situation even more concerning. Another issue that stood out to me was how the jewelry was being handled. I observed her and other staff placing jewelry into the small blue packets without wearing gloves. For a business that performs piercings, hygiene and sterile handling should be a top priority. Seeing jewelry handled with bare hands in the reception area did not give me confidence that proper sterile practices were being followed. This experience didn’t meet my expectations for professionalism or cleanliness, especially when it involved my daughter’s piercings. I expected a welcoming environment and strict attention to sanitation standards, and unfortunately that was not what we experienced. I hope the shop takes customer feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and their hygiene practices going forward.
