Pierced my friend’s nose, but when she actually looked, she noticed that it is crooked!! The staff had the nerve to be mean to her when she returned to try to rectify the situation, gaslighting her, trying to say it’s not crooked BUT. IT. IS ??? . They don’t offer refunds because they don’t want to be on the hook for shoddy work. You will have to pay AND TIP before the service so keep that in mind. Take your business elsewhere! 😬

went here last year around october and had my eyebrow pierced and it was done horribly. i don’t know his name but he was an older guy. he didn’t use enough skin at all. in this picture you can still see the purple form the marker, it was a couple hours after it was pierced and within a week and a half it was already pushing it self out and by like 3 month it was basically holding onto nothing. so i took it out and got my other side done somewhere else and ive had no problems. the photo with the lashes is the new eyebrow piercing.

They are the best. I came in to get a piercing that was stick in my lip out & everyone was so nice & kind. Really made me have a great experience

I went in for a vertical labret yesterday and it was super quick and didn't hurt that bad. The guy who pierced me is super cute, beautiful blue eyes 🥰 He talked me through the process before and during the piercing. I was a bit nervous going in, but walking in was super easy and I was in and out in ten minutes. It's super affordable so I'll definitely be coming back! (Five stars for the piercer 🤭)

I had my doubles pierced here a few years ago and returned with my younger brother to celebrate his 18th birthday, a milestone we were genuinely excited about. What we experienced instead was some of the most dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful behavior I have ever encountered at any piercing or tattoo shop. From the moment we walked in, the staff were blowing vape smoke during our interaction, cursing profusely at my 18-year-old brother, and speaking to him as if he was already going to do something wrong and they were pre-emptively protecting themselves. How they treated us was pathetic. The shop was visibly unclean, and the staff were actively scrolling through their phones and ignoring us rather than providing any real assistance. When the shape earring my brother wanted wasn’t available, I stepped aside and called another shop to ask if they carried it — a completely normal thing to do when you’re trying to make sure someone is happy with their first piercing. Without a word to us, the piercer walked to the back and sent a male colleague out to inform us they were no longer willing to do the piercing. No explanation. No professionalism. Nothing. I have gotten numerous piercings and tattoos over the years. I am well familiar with the culture and environment of this industry. Every reputable artist I’ve ever worked with WANTS their client to be confident and comfortable in their decision — especially a first-timer on their birthday. What happened here was not normal shop behavior. I can only attribute the treatment we received to the fact that we are two Black people, and that is something I will not stay quiet about. They even mentioned themselves that it’s been dead in there and they’re not getting traffic. Maybe treat your customers with basic human dignity and that might change. We left, drove about a mile, and found an incredibly clean, kind, and professional artist who took wonderful care of my brother. His birthday was saved — just not by this shop. If you are a person of color, I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. You deserve to be welcomed
