I seriously love Moments Tattoo. I got a tattoo from Goldo today and I’m so happy with how it came out. He took his time, made sure everything looked right, and the tattoo turned out even better than I imagined. I’ve also gotten a cover up from Cesar before, and I love it. You would never even know what was underneath. Both of them are super talented, professional and make you feel comfortable the whole time. If you’re looking for a tattoo shop in Milwaukee, I definitely recommend Moments Tattoo. I’ll for sure be back for my next tattoo!

If I could give this shop 10/5, I absolutely would. I came to Ceaser to help me get a bad tattoo covered and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful tattoo. Ceaser did a wonderful job and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, he was incredibly personable and made the entire tattoo experience wonderful. I would 100% go back to him for more work. I couldn't recommend him or his work enough.

i just got my first tattoo done by Cesar and i genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. we went through multiple sizes and placements until everything felt exactly right, and he was honest the entire time about what would look best. the whole process was very comfortable and relaxed. pain-wise, it honestly wasn’t bad at all, more like a strong vibration than actual pain. he also took the time to walk me through aftercare step by step and gave me a sheet so i know exactly how to take care of it. this tattoo means a lot to me, it’s in honor of my brother and his passing date, and Cesar made sure everything came out exactly how i wanted. i’ve been waiting years to get my first ever tattoo done by him, and i finally decided it was time. overall such a great experience, i would definitely recommend him and will definitely be back 🙏

Couldn’t have been a better experience! Cesar thoroughly listened to my design idea and gave great insight and suggestions to bring my idea to life. His attention to detail and calm personality made the experience so stellar that I can’t imagine going anywhere else for future tattoos. Cesar is incredibly talented and down to earth, couldn’t recommend enough.

I wouldn’t recommend booking a tattoo here very unprofessional. The same thing that happened to the other 1 star, happened to me. The booking process went cool I got the tattoo done the work was alright it’s been less than a month and it’s already just needs to be touched up… ( I have 7 beautiful tattoos… it’s not me) I wanted to get another bigger detailed piece done by Cesar because I did love the work that he put out online (I found him in 2023 I been planning this piece for years. I would have been a loyal customer) so I booked another session but he canceled/ rescheduled my appointment 3x 10-20 minutes before my appointment. The third time i came at the time HE had set for the appointment at 11am but shop doesn’t open until 12 ok weird I just went to the shop, it was closed. Of course. Uber money wasted. I got no text or call. If he didn’t want to do the tattoo he could have been honest I feel like it was super unprofessional and I was disappointed & very discouraging to get another tattoo. Now I have a tattoo I don’t like because of the experience I had! And it doesn’t even look like the work he put online. Very disappointing please save your money booking with Cesar. He says he’s been tattooing for 10+ years but yet he acts like this… He’s horrible at communicating and very hard to get in contact with. He doesn’t care about his clients or the work he put on their body permanently. (Expect the ones he post for social media) very unprofessional. I’m angry this is not okay! I have to spend more money to get this fading tattoo touched up if I can find someone willing to do it. P.S I didn’t get a text until 7pm from his wife with reasoning why ( which is weird but I can’t believe the reasoning because my appointment was rescheduled 3 times) because at the end of the day you’re a “business owner” you still have a job to do! but seems like they do this often DON’T BOOK WITH CESEAR OR JUSTINE ) just stay away from this shop in general because he acts like this then they all do. If you don’t want to waste money!!! & it’s the principle my time and money was wasted.
