This place is okay, I went once for a nose piercing ( walk in) and they were nice and I got assisted right away. I went again, mind you they had the open sign outside in English and Spanish, but the doors were locked, I tried again but still nothing. I called twice and they never answered, I really don’t get what that was about.

They act like they don't understand English 😒, don't even waste your time with this place... How you not going to be able to say something basic in English to get money for a tattoo or use Google translator it's not rocket science this place is just a joke...💅🏾

My cousin and I walked in around noon for small flash tattoos, and there were two walk-ins ahead of us in line waiting for tattoos as well. The clients ahead of us in line got their tattoos right away, and they walked out around 1pm. We were expecting to be out in roughly the same amount of time (around 2 or 2:15) but we waited there until 2:30 and they never began either of our tattoos so we decided to walk out since we had plans for today that we couldn't reschedule. They have good work for sure, but if I were you I would schedule an appointment in advance. They also speak Spanish, which is a good thing for people who speak Spanish as a first language. However, I personally wouldn't recommend walking in. I also don't think my cousin or I will ever be back unfortunately. If I could give it 1.5 stars I would, but I personally don't they deserve 2 stars. I hope they still find good business in the future though, and I wish them the best.

Did a walk in appointment! They were able to fit me in very quickly. I got two piercings and a tattoo. Very clean and professional studio. Emilio was very welcoming and did amazing work. Thank you Emilio for the beautiful tattoo and piercing's they both are healing beautifully. Will be back soon!

I did a walk in, and they were able to get me in and did amazing work! My tattoo artist was Emilio and did amazing. Made sure my first tattoo experience was amazing and was super quick!
