Grand Avenue Tattoo

Came in for a walk in and Sophie ended up tattooing my kiwi. I LOVE it and they were so great! The shop felt so welcoming and good vibes.

I’ve had really good experiences with the artists that do their work here, both as a walk-in and via appointment. The space is smaller and clean. There are some tattoo shops that seem super intimidating to me, but the staff and artists here have always been really friendly + efficient. I love that they have guest artists stop in that are from out of town as well! I recommend them and their artists a lot whenever I get compliments on my tattoos since I have three now from there. Also love their “sister” shop (Highland Tattoo). Shoutout to Hannah + Sarah Louise for their work especially! Also think it’s important to work with artists that respect people’s varying tastes in style and also respect the history of the art - everyone here seems super respectful of both those aspects. Overall would definitely recommend as a solid go-to shop in the area.

My partner and I did a walk-in a couple Sundays ago, and we had a great experience! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Getting in as a walk-in was easy and stress-free. Sophie did our tattoos and she did an AMAZING job. She was friendly, fun, and very talented! She did such a great job and both of our tattoos look fabulous and are healing well. We will be back for more!

only heard great things about the artists and the shop and came based on recommendation but unfortunately the line work and shape of my stencil was completely lost and after a closer look there are so many inconsistencies between the stencil and the tattoo itself which I hadn’t noticed when artist said he’d finished (it’s on my back so I couldn’t see it too well either lol) so just kind of a bummer but won’t be too hard to touch up thankfully photo added is the design I made for this tattoo on the bottom + my back.

Went in for a walk in, was greeted by kind staff and a nicely decorated interior! Got my first tattoo done by Hannah, she took my idea and free handed the design to my liking. Everything went smooth and everyone was friendly. Would 100% recommend.
