Erin has been absolutely wonderful and essential in helping to redesign and cover my old sleeve tattoo. She has been able to take small ideas and turn them into beautiful creations. I cant say enough how good it feels after 20 years to look at my arm without shame. Thank you so much Erin!!

Got my septum done by Bella and I’m super happy with it! She did a great job explaining everything as she went. Prices are very reasonable.

I understand that the artist I originally booked with tragically passed away, and I genuinely sympathize with everyone affected by that situation. My frustration was never about the artist himself. It was about how the deposit situation was handled afterward. I declined the offer to continue the work with someone else and requested a cash refund, but was not offered one. I attempted to resolve the situation through the Better Business Bureau after being unable to reach a resolution directly. I understand that difficult situations happen, but from my perspective it was disappointing to lose my deposit despite not receiving any service. I also did not appreciate the way my concerns were addressed publicly in response to my review.

I got back dermals done by Bella. Explained the whole process step by step, amazing experience altogether! Prices were good aswell, with the jewelry I chose it was about $400. I was confused because the info in the pamphlet differed from what she told me, I called another peircing parlor and got totally different information on caring for them. My only critique would be the explanation of the aftercare.

Been getting tattooed since 1994. Creative Images is the best shop I've been in. Erin is an incredible artist and has done the best work I've had. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
