Strange Collection Tattoo

Emily & Zac at Strange Collection are truly top tier when it comes to tattoo artists in Minneapolis. They put great care into their work from start to finish, always make extra sure you’re happy with the art and placement and provide such a comfortable and welcoming experience in the shop. I could not recommend them more!! Dolores also has a fantastic portfolio and while I have not personally been tattooed by her I greatly admire her work as well. I can promise will not regret getting work done from any of the artists here!

I got a piece done around a month ago with Emily (chevalier tattoo) and it was an amazing experience! Her and Zac are both super amazing and really value your comfort before, during, and after the session. Their space was fun yet sensory friendly, making it one of my favorite studios. I appreciated their snacks, music, and good conversation! Will definitely be coming back and referring friends! :) thank you!

I have gotten multiple tattoos from Emily, and each time she does so amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on how clean and beautifully they have healed! I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend to everyone

I love this tattoo shop so much!!!! Emily is such a unique, talented, and caring person. I absolutely love the work that she does, and how comfortable she makes you feel in her space. I've gotten a few tattoos from Emily and her work is astonishing. She tattoos incredibly fast and has soft hands! Her hourly rate is also pretty cheap considering how fast & detailed her work is! --so go get a tattoo before it gets raised haha. Bring extra money to leave a nice tip though!!! It's refreshing to be able to sit down for a tattoo appointment and not feel anxious or worried about my artist not knowing what I want. Also a shoutout to Zac at Strange Collection for having so much fast growth with picking up tattooing! I feel like his work improves every time I see a new piece that he's done and I'm impressed every time. Parking is unfortunately paid due to the location, but it's worth it 10 times over to not walk super far to get in. Very accessible and safe area as well. Many places to go get a bite to eat nearby if you're hungry after that next tattoo appointment too.

I’ve been getting tattoos from Emily since she was an apprentice and she has never ceased to amaze me with her talent and passion for what she does! Every single one of my tattoos has healed up incredibly and she’s so light-handed and quick. I’ve never had a bad experience with her and have sent almost all of my friends her way when they ask for a shop recommendation. They always come back from their appointments with equally great things to say and often book with her again! She is truly such a gem! The space itself is so beautiful that it makes you feel as though you’ve stepped into someone’s home. All of the other artists are just as wonderful as her and the sense of community at this studio makes for such a safe environment! This shop is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new spot, each artist has their own style so there’s something for everyone. :)
