Walked in with a need to replace a piercing I had lost that morning and they generously replaced mine. Incredibly kind and wholesome group of guys.

came here for a tattoo on my birthday. the shop has great vibes, and everyone is kind + helpful. i got tattooed by jiro; he was patient and offered a seamless experience for me. will def be coming back when im ready for another tattoo. also, special s/o to ms. tracy! she was very accommodating to me after i was done with my tattoo, and is just the best overall :)

I took my daughter there during a piercing event. She was a little scared at first. As we watched this family operation get 30 people in and out in a professional manner she calmed down. No doubt trying to service 30 people would have been intimidating to anyone but the pleasant and helpful atmosphere relaxed you. She is already asking to come back for another one.

I just got back from Pearl Gallery / Black Pearl Tattoo, and I really need to share this right away. I went in today (March 28, 2026) for their “Final Frenzy” piercing special. I got a belly piercing ($15) and a daith piercing ($20). The piercer tried to charge me 50 instead of 35, which was posted on their instagram and I had to show them their own post to adjust the prices. While the prices seemed okay, the whole experience was really off and unsafe. I’m 19, and I went with two friends (18 and 19), and none of us were ID’d or asked to sign any kind of waiver. I’ve had around 12 piercings at other shops, and every single time, even when I was of age, they always had us fill out paperwork. This was completely different and really unprofessional. It was also cash only, and once I paid, I was told I couldn’t back out or get a refund—just felt really odd. When I got to the chair, there was zero marking or discussion about where the piercings would go. She just dove in. The daith piercing was honestly the worst part. She was super aggressive—pushing on my ear so hard that it hurt more than the piercing itself. There was blood all over my neck, and she kept talking casually about blood clots, which was really alarming. On top of all that, she was having a casual conversation the whole time and not focusing on me or my friends. I felt like she was distracted—no attention, no care. And she never showed us the jewelry before piercing, nor did she mention any aftercare instructions. I was left completely unsure of what to do next. The whole thing felt rushed. There was a line out the door, and I was sitting there, shaking, almost in tears, in front of everyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And just so it’s clear—if this review gets deleted, I will repost it. Please, for your safety, go somewhere else.

This place is great and always gets the job done. My son got his first tattoo here and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The staff are informative, inviting and friendly. They are also consistent in their work and the artists that are available. We have since been back 3-4 times & I can see coming back in the near future.🤣 I love the family environment and chill atmosphere. 10/10
