Permanent Vacation Tattoo

Lots of praise for Permanent Vacation. I've gotten a few walk-in tattoos over the years and have always been pleased with the results. This time, I went in to get a nostril piercing. I cannot recommend Erika enough. She was knowledgeable and kind. She explained the process very well, and I liked that she was transparent upfront about the prices for the different jewelry so I could make the best decision for me. The piercing looks great. My mom wanted her helix pierced for Mother’s Day, and my usual place didn’t have a piercer available who could do it, so I took a friend’s recommendation and brought her to Permanent Vacation. I’m pretty sure one of the guys had the most awesome Pee-Wee Herman shoes from the tequila scene, but honestly, everyone there was completely welcoming and kind. My mom is pretty awkward and had definitely never set foot in a tattoo shop before, but she ended up really enjoying the experience. Alex did the piercing, and he took the time to explain everything to her, multiple times, because that is her schtick. He made sure she was comfortable and that the placement was perfect. Not trying to call out my regular place, but Permanent Vacation was also significantly cheaper for the piercing. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back for a tattoo when it’s time for new ink.

Love this shop and the people. You can’t find a more talented group. Joe did my full traditional Japanese sleeve and I get nonstop compliments on it everywhere I go. After healing and giving it some time now, it still looks like fresh ink. Will be back to him for more work. 10/10 recommend.

I have now had three tattoos done by Travis at permanent vacation tattoos. I had multiple tattoos before this piece was done. All I can say is this my favorite piece of art on my body and I am very proud of it. This is really just a great place to have your work done as they are kind, friendly, over all just good people in general. I've stopped in many of times to say hi, because even though it is a business, I consider everyone there a very special human and an intricate part of my life. I will be having more work done in the future and would like to have tattoos done from EVERY artist in this studio since they all offer their own unique spin on tattoos and tattooing. Go here, get a tattoo or piercing, leave extremely happy. The do it over and over You will never ever be disappointed

The service is always great and the artists are extremely talented. Every piece I’ve gotten here has turned out exactly how I wanted. Solid work, clean lines, and great attention to detail. The whole staff makes the process easy and comfortable, and they’ve always taken care of me. Highly recommend Permanent Vacation if you’re looking for quality work and a cool environment.
