Brett did an awesome job! He was very professional and clean! I highly recommend this establishment. The other workers there were super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will definitely be back for many more tattoos.

this is my first time ever writing a bad review anywhere but this experience just made me so uncomfortable. i’ve gone here before and gotten tattooed twice and gotten my conch pierced with great experiences. i decided to come here again to get another tattoo, i was a walk in which i guess was my mistake i should’ve taken the time to schedule an appointment but i was with my friend and we decided to just go get tattoos together and i was like i know a great place. the tattoo artist available to tattoo me was Adrienne. i had a picture of the exact tattoo i wanted that i had in mind for months wanting to get and when i showed her the tattoo i wanted to get she looked at it for like 2 seconds and drew up her own design for me. which her design was beautiful but it was a completely different tattoo and i expressed to her that this specifically was the tattoo i wanted and showed her again. she drew up another design that was similar but still completely different and i told her again that it’s a cool design for sure but this picture is the exact tattoo i wanted in a really nice way just those designs she drew up are a completely different tattoo. i said the spacing was completely different between the design and all the detailing is just completely different then the picture she looks at me with a rude face and said word for word “ i think the spacing is fine, im not doing a tattoo off the internet???” i was just kinda shocked she really said that to my face like i feel so bad that i wasted her time but i feel like i was really clear that this was the tattoo i wanted. me and my friend left and went to a different tattoo spot and i had a great experience got the exact tattoo i wanted first time we drew it up. unfortunately i will not be coming back here cause i just really don’t want to get tattooed by someone that can be so rude to customers. i was really about to pay her $250 for this back piece.

preamble: a customer had a bad experience when I walked in the door and the front desk guy handled it magnificently. I didn't catch his name or the full story but the guy handled it well enough I figured it deserved mentioning I came in today to get my nose pierced by Ronnie and she was very friendly and got me in and out which was fantastic. she was very particular about making sure I liked the placement and that I knew how to take care of it. an incredible first impression, I will be coming back in the future 👌

I got both of my tattoos done there years ago by them and wow 🤩 my tattoos still look vibrant to this day like I just stepped out and just got em. Ppl compliment them all the time saying That rose 🌹 is so beautiful and well done ✅ along with the red cardinal as well. I will definitely 💯 come back to this place👍👍👍

THIS IS A TWOFOLD REVIEW - (5 stars) for Caleb and (0 stars) for Adrienne. I have gone twice, first with Caleb (December) who is amazing, very nice and puts you at ease!! I highly recommend him!! (4 stars) The second time (January) I went with my husband, Adrienne (0 stars) did our tattoos...I will NOT and do NOT recommend her!!! She did our tattoos, told us we could come back for a touch up, if needed, well we both needed it and still do. She made it sound like it was no problem. Well...it has been a problem and as far as I am concerned, she really doesn't care. We scheduled a touch up with her, once we got there, we were told to come back in 4 hours...apparently someone else was more important. Why not...she already had our money and nice tip, we were no longer important. What followed was me reaching out to her to come back in, but there was always something, she wasn't there on the days that worked for us or she pushed us off until 7pm. She actually said someone else could do the touch up for us...tacky having someone else correct your work...but here is the kicker, she never told me who and when the schedule didn't work for her, she still didn't say who we could come see. She just left it up to me to keep chasing her for what I had already paid for ‼️👎🏾. Moral is see Caleb or someone else if you want the best service!!!
