Do not book a tattoo appointment here with Jeremy if you want to actually get a tattoo. Long story short, my mom has cancer and I live out of town. After researching and finding Limitless, seemed like a great choice for us to have a special day while I was in KC to get matching tattoos with my mom before her next round of chemo. She needed some love and strength and matching Iris tattoos would bring us closer together in a time of need. She booked time with Jeremy over a month ahead of time and it was locked in. Flash forward - we're at the studio for our appointment. We wait 45 minutes. No one seems to really care. We hear Jeremy is "on his way." He never shows. We leave after an hour. My mom texts him (his only way of communicating) asking for a refund. He proceeds to berate via text my mom(who has cancer and just wanted to get a matching tattoo with her daughter for something happy/meaningful) and puts the blame on her for his inability to schedule and maintain his shop. Jeremy straight up lied at least twice. My mom never got the money back. He framed it as her making the mistake. He never said "sorry." His colleagues at the studio could care less that we sat there waiting for an hour. And we never got our matching tattoos -- now she's back in the midst of six months of chemo and can't get one for probably another year plus, if that. So, thank you Limitless Tattoo and Jeremy for really ruining a meaningful experience I needed with my mom, and for being completely rude and unwilling to admit you might have forgotten your own schedule. Next time, instead of defensiveness, choose empathy and basic human decency.

I paid a $150 deposit for a tattoo. The artist flaked out called me out of my name and refused to give my deposit back. When brought to the owner’s attention he said that they would make it right with me. Still no deposit back , no tattoo, and no making it right. That doesn’t make for good business in my books. It sucks bc I spent a lot of money in that place but will now go elsewhere as will all the people I know! You should have done better!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience involving a tattoo raffle hosted by David Rudd. He advertised a $10 per entry raffle that ended on 2/15/26. Winners were publicly announced, and I was named as one of them along with another individual. I was genuinely excited and took time to carefully think through the design I wanted. When I reached out to David to discuss scheduling and details, he read my message and shortly after, deleted his Facebook and Instagram accounts. I received no response, no explanation, and no follow-up. This was especially surprising because he has done previous tattoo work for me, and I had never had an issue before. Being completely ghosted after being announced as a winner feels unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this situation is addressed, but I wanted to share my experience so others are aware.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Inked by Mal. I contacted him back in January 2026 to schedule a tattoo appointment for February—a tattoo I've been wanting for years. After showing him the design I wanted, he confirmed he could do it, and I sent him a deposit. Closer to the appointment, I discussed a few tweaks and a color change, which he said was fine. On my birthday, when the appointment was initially scheduled, he told me he couldn’t do it because of a potential overlap with another client. We rescheduled for the following Saturday, and I confirmed the 10 AM time slot. However, on the day of the appointment, he sent me a completely different tattoo design and suggested doing that instead. When I reminded him of the original design, he said he didn’t think it would look good and offered to recommend someone else but never did. To top it off, about 30 minutes before the appointment, he refunded my deposit without any further explanation. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend Inked by Mal to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate tattoo artist.

i got tattooed 3 different time by Jessica, She is amazing , keeps conversation makes sure your comfortable and most of all SHE does amazing work! she did my first tattoo and i refuse to go to anyone else i definitely recommend limitless tattoo co they are overall the best place ive been to very nice very welcoming and and very uplifting environment
