I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Timeless Tattoo was incredibly disappointing. My original tattoo was done on April 7 and was not what I had requested. After bringing my concerns to the shop, they acknowledged the issue and even told me they were “also surprised by the quality of work.” To their credit, they offered to have another artist attempt a cover-up. That cover-up was completed on Wednesday, July 22, and while I genuinely appreciated the opportunity to have it corrected, I was once again left extremely unhappy with the final result. To their credit, Timeless Tattoo refunded $150 for the original tattoo. However, I also paid an additional $200 for the cover-up performed by a second artist at their shop in an attempt to fix the first artist’s work, and that amount has not been refunded. More importantly, a partial refund does not undo the permanent outcome. I am now left considering expensive laser removal or having the tattoo covered by a completely different artist at a different tattoo shop. This experience has taken a significant emotional toll on me. It has caused me anxiety and depression, and I am so embarrassed and humiliated by how the tattoo looks that I’ve been wearing long sleeve shirts until I can decide whether to pursue laser removal or another cover-up elsewhere. Something that was supposed to be meaningful has instead become a source of daily stress and regret. I also blame myself. Looking back, after my first tattoo was done incorrectly, I probably should not have gone back and trusted the same shop to execute the cover-up. However, I believe mistakes can happen, and I wanted to give them another chance. I truly hoped they would make things right, which is why this outcome has been so heartbreaking. I do want to recognize Andrew for his professionalism and kindness throughout this process. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or works the front desk, but he genuinely tried to help by pairing me with another tattoo artist in an effort to correct the original tattoo. I sincerely appreciate the compassion and customer service he showed me. A tattoo is permanent, and clients place an enormous amount of trust in their artists. Unfortunately, despite being given a second opportunity to make things right, I am left with a tattoo that I regret and additional expenses to try to fix it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Timeless Tattoo. Update 7/28/26: I was refunded the full amount for the cover up as well that was poorly done.
