Kolo Piercing and Body Arts

Sooo I had gone to another piercing shop around the block who were amateurs but were kind enough to tell me about this place. So kudos to them!! I briefly checked them out google and decided to call to find out how everything goes. The female who answered the phone was very kind with positive energy. I told her I was interested in creating an ear stack with 2 piercings and we made the appointment. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted when I came in. The initial guy checked out my anatomy, spoke to me about what I wanted and showed me a few jewelry options and sizes. I decided on a double tragus piercing. After going over paperwork and paying, they told me they needed 10-15 for the sterilization process. I left and when I came back I was warmly greeted by Kyle who was my piercer. This guy was on it from start to finish. The entire process was 10/10 MINUS the pain : ) ! The professionalism, the TOP TIER CLEANLINESS , the talking through every single step, to the piercing process, which accommodated my anatomy exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to go back for my second round!!

I just went in for a piercing today and it was a great experience! I called and made an appointment same day and the staff was very friendly. They gave a lot of information on how to properly care for the piercing afterwards too which was really nice. It was quick and almost painless and the jewelry selection was great! Highly recommend

Came in to get a piercing corrected. (Long story, but the short version is a lost ball) Kyle was extremely polite and professional. Honestly, everything went as smoothly as it could possibly go. I will be recommending Kolo to anyone that is in need of work. Thanks again!

The entire experience was great.... Kyle pierced my nose..... I was so nervous but Kyle eased my nerves! He walked me through it step by step & he was so smooth with the needle I didn't feel a thing. I definitely recommend Kyle.

When I first walked in, the lady who greeted me was very sweet and welcoming. Kyle was amazing, he was super chill and even though my piercing hurt I felt comfortable knowing he was doing it. You can tell he was well informed and experienced! If you go ASK FOR KYLE! I would say I had a perfect experience except there was another guy who I chose my jewelry with (he had giant black ear piercings in his ears and on his nose) who was rude. He needs to work on his customer service skills! I was glad he was not the one who pierced me! Like if you don’t like answering questions about piercings…don’t work there… I want to give five stars but I’m going to bump it down to three.
