Hands down the BEST tattoo shop in Atlanta!! From my consultation to my appointment was such a breeze! The receptionist was so nice and friendly, the owner that designed my tattoo was very easy to talk to and understood what I wanted! Now let’s get into the artist DEVIN! He is 🔥🔥🔥.. very professional, easy to talk to and very fast! I was the winner of the giveaway contest and it was my dream to get my ink done at Cleopatra! They were amazing! I love my tattoo! We have been to several places to get help creating this and find the perfect person to do the job! After doing our research and following their work we discovered Cleopatra Atlanta. We made an appointment and jumped in the car for the 6 hour drive. This is the only place that gave us the time to create our masterpiece! We are loving it!
