Tattoo Fiesta

The shop was very nice and clean. My artist, Eric, was amazing! He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Since this was my first time, I really appreciated how understanding and reassuring he was. He made my first experience one to remember. Because of the great service I received, I’ll definitely be recommending him and this shop to my friends and family!

Not sure what happened from then to now but my second experience with this place was less than pleasant. Wanted to come back since I had a good experience years ago. I had to remove my nose rings for an MRI and lost one of my rings so one of my holes was left empty (I have two nose piercings on the same side). My intention was to get a replacement and have them install it (I’ve had a hard time doing it in the past myself.) I went to the shop and explained this to the front desk lady who kept asking questions like she didn’t understand but also having a separate conversation in Spanish with other employees. So she ends up charging me $15 for the nose piercing and $20 to install it. I’m already upset about it but was desperate because it was my favorite piercing. She tells the piercer what I want (in Spanish) or so I thought and he gets started. He snatched the nose ring I already had in my nose out and replaced it with the new one purchased. I tell him no I wanted a ring in the empty whole (the second piercing in my nose). Front desk and piercer go back and forth again have no idea what they’re saying and ended up charging me for a second nose ring and to pierce the whole because it’s apparently closed. They repierce my nose, hurts like hell, and it was obvious he had to shove it in to work. Feeling uneasy about how this will heal. All in all felt scammed and vulnerable.

Had an incredible time at Tattoo Fiesta! I went in for a cover up tattoo with Zury. The shop was spotless, and I saw Zury take every safety precaution, which really put me at ease. They took my initial idea and turned it into something even better than I imagined. The atmosphere was super chill and professional. Got many tattoos from Shine including my very first one & most recent one which is my favorite! She is an awesome person, very professional, goes above & beyond for her clients (very respectful) & very skilled artist. She gave me good aftercare tips as well & I love how my tattoos look. Thank you very much Shine, will definitely come back for more!

Thought I’d give this shop a shot with a few small tattoos - needless to say I’m very pleased. Stephanie is great on the phones and preforms great customer service. Eric is beyond patient, very laid back, definitely gives you his feedback which was helpful for me. I had an appointment and changed my tattoo idea around 27 times and not once did he cop an attitude or get frustrated with me. I wasted his time and his attitude stayed the same throughout which is appreciated especially when getting a tattoo. His work is accurate and good, he pays attention to detail. The shop is clean, welcoming, a little hot in temperature and the bathrooms are clean too. Definitely will be back seeing Eric for more ink. I suggest that anyone who is looking for an artist hit up Eric. Won’t be disappointed.
