I had a very disappointing experience with an artist at this shop . The tattoo artist name is Brandon Hernandez . The artist knows my boyfriend and my boyfriend booked the appointment for me . This was an $500 tattoo mind you . He tried offering what he liked instead of what I WANTED which as a customer did not feel right . Unfortunately the tattoo was done incorrectly the first time , the lines were barely visible , it was dotted instead of solid shading , and there was little to no shading . Because it was freshly done , with the purple stencil and ink still present , it wasn’t immediately obvious how light and incomplete it was . After it healed , it was clear the tattoo wasn’t done right . I told my boyfriend and asked if the artist could fix and touch it up . He agreed but the second attempt was still done incorrectly !!!! And the issues were not properly fixed . At that point I asked for a refund because it’s been going on 2 times at that point and have no trust you can fix it and want my money back because this tattoo is not what I asked for ! The artist claimed the shop does not offer refunds , even though payment was made through Zelle . After that , both my boyfriend and I were blocked , which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service . Now I have to find artist that can see if they can even fix this , from something have been done correctly from the start . Photos are attached so others can see the quality of work for themselves . I would not recommend this artist based on my experience . Regardless of other photos being posted AFTER any experience to try and prove the artist work , when it’s clear as day in pictures . Just be mindful and I would recommend looking at my pictures because there’s absolutely NO detail . I’ll be looking into what I can do further to solve this because I have been blocked and so has my boyfriend on every social media and even numbers so I’ll go about it another way .
