Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing

Fantastic experience taking my daughter for her first piercing and getting my second at the same time! Trinity was excellent with her, very patient, and answered all her questions and concerns. Very careful, safe and clean. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I wouldn’t suggest coming here for an ear piercing at all. I saw that there were a bunch of good reviews and also a lot of branches which made me think this would be the right place to come to. However when I got there, my piercer wasn’t friendly at all. I decided to ignore that and then she kind of just put out the jewelry options without explaining them at all and left me to make the decision. Aside from that, she didn’t explain the aftercare to me until I specifically asked, and then she recommended sea salt and warm water, which I later realized wasn’t a well recommended option. They also seem to use butterfly backs for ear piercing, which I also realized upon further research are completely unsuitable for new piercings and the healing process. I felt a lot of swelling and pain the first three days because of the butterfly backs pressing up against my ear. She also gave me a lot of false information such as telling me that I could remove the piercing in 6 weeks which is completely false as it takes atleast 3 months to be safe to change. I had to go to a different APP certified (which black cloud is not) studio and get my earrings changed out a few days later because the butterfly backings were causing me unnecessary pain. Overall, I’d recommend a studio that is APP certified and specialized in piercings rather than going here, because my experience stressed me out instead of feeling enjoyable and resulted in me spending an extra 100$ elsewhere.

My daughter and I got our ears pierced, and we had a wonderful experience. I really appreciated that they checked IDs and made sure that minors were accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The place was clean, organized, and professional. Mya took great care of us—she was incredibly kind, and her hands were so gentle that it didn’t hurt at all! My daughter was very nervous beforehand, but she didn’t even feel the piercing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to bring their children for ear piercings in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Carlos is really nice and professional. The tattoo was super fast and he walked me through the entire process. I have been to many tattoo shops and this was one of my favorite experiences. He gave us both after care ointment, we will definitely be back for more.

Yesser had been doing an amazing job on my tattoos! He is very friendly and professional. He has been able answer all of my questions and I feel very confident in his knowledge and skill. His workspace is always clean and well organized. He listens to my concepts and creates amazing designs with them. I can’t praise him enough and I highly recommend him! My daughter has gotten 5 piercings in each ear. She’s had several people do them and each one has been incredible. They are all so friendly and patient with her. Everything is clean and sanitary. It’s been a very positive experience every time
