The guy seemed nicer at first until it came time to do my service. I got a fresh face dermal a few days prior to walking in this place from another piercer, and my diamond fell out due to being loose. I went to another tattoo shop up the street from me and they recommended me come to crown tattoos because the guy is experienced with dermals so they said. When I came in, I told him my situation and how my diamond fell out but my anchor is still in. When I got on the table and he looked at my dermal, he didn’t even touch my face he only looked at it and said “your anchor is gone I can’t do anything.” The anchor in fact, was in my face. It was just sunken down a little due to my face being swollen. He mad major attitude about it and told me to leave! Even after I told him could he please at least feel for it. He didn’t even give me tips on what to do moving forward besides coming back to see him in 90 days when it’s healed. SO.. I went to my original piercer all the way in Salisbury (I live in Charlotte) to get it fixed. AND SHE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT AND PUT MY DIAMOND BACK IN. My piercer took less than 5 mins to feel, look and determine wether she could pull the anchor back up and add the diamond. I was able to get it fixed the very next day. Safe to say, I feel like my experience here was kinda shitty. Considering the fact I was recommended by B&M tattoos on west blvrd. I posted a pic below of me getting it fixed the very next day. My anchor was still under my skin.
