Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing

I went in today to have my ear piercings removed and retainers put in for an upcoming MRI. Caleb was the piercer, and he was so nice and careful throughout the whole process. His prices were great, and I can’t wait to go back for help putting my jewelry back in, and maybe even picking out some new pieces! If you’re looking for a new piercing or simply need a jewelry change, definitely ask for Caleb! Highly recommend!

Reaaallyy hit or miss. I’ve had a couple issues coming here with being pierced incorrectly and not properly inserting jewelry. However Caleb is my favorite piercer i’ve ever had, he’s fixed mistakes that others made and he’s honest with what i can/cannot do due to my anatomy. He’s the only reason i keep coming back! I definitely recommend him, but some others might need more practice :/ Five stars for Caleb tho!

Caleb was absolutely amazing!!!! My niece and I went to get our noses’ pierced on 5/3 and had the smoothest experience. The shop was clean, the selection was great and we were educated on how it would go before we got started. Not only was Caleb experienced, he was also extremely personable and made us feel at ease and answered our many questions! My piercing is healing nicely and I’m in love with how it looks! I would Definitely recommend him a thousand times over!!!!

I had a really great experience at Black Cloud in Matthews. I originally had a bad experience at another shop where my eyebrow piercing was done incorrectly and left me with a scar, so I was honestly a little nervous going somewhere new. But at Black Cloud, the service was amazing from the start. Kaleb did both my eyebrow and lip piercings, and he was super sweet, patient, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to give me helpful tips on how to heal the bump/scar on my eyebrow, which I really appreciated. Overall, the environment was welcoming, and everyone there was professional and kind. I definitely recommend Black Cloud if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about their clients and does things the right way.

Myself and my sister came in together to get pierced because we have had good experiences at Black Cloud in the past. From beginning to end we had great service, and I can say that Caleb is a competent and professional piercer. He gave us his info at the end of the session if for any reason there were any issues with the healing process. I would definitely go back and recommend Black Cloud to friends.
