Reyna was very professional. Made sure all the equipment was sterililized and took the time to center the piercings to my ear lobes. She was quick and made it bearable. Thank you for the experience.

Rayna was absolutely amazing! Being a business owner myself, she is a true rockstar and very professional. She did my belly button piercing and talked me through every step, which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was super sweet, patient, and genuinely kind. I came in a little down, but just talking with her and getting my piercing completely turned my mood around. She truly made my day! I would recommend Rayna and this shop five out of five, every single time!

The BEST PLACE EVER ! Prices are good, but the artist , Expecally Cris he’s AMAZING ! Clean lines to perfection. He did a cover up on my old tattoo and is more perfect than I’ve ever anticipated. Best artist I have ever met. Got millions of compliments over the two tattoos he does. Amazing place , amazing people ! Highly recommended. Update on last season and pictures below of the finished tattoo 🫶🏼 the art job is amazing ! If I could give millions stars I would ! Art job and execution are PERFECTION ! Mr Chris is an amazing !!!

CAUSED INFECTION! FAR TOO EXPENSIVE! DONT GET PIERCING HERE! this is the first google review i've ever written and it saddens me to write poorly of a piercing place but i just don't want other people to have my experience! i did a walk-in back in february and got my anti tragus and 2nd helix pierced. i usually get my piercings done in boone (shoutout noble tattoo & piercing 10/10) but wanted a piercing so bad that i caved and went to the mall. these piercings were my 9th and 10th and ive gotten my conch done so i thought id endured the worst ear pain. i was wrong! the piercer was very aggressive with the way she put in the jewelry and it hurt SO BAD, almost worse than the piercings themselves. the pain level was worse than the conch because of the throbbing from her putting in the jewelry so harshly. the price was around $250. over 200 for 2 piercings, ONE BEING A HELIX STUD, is wild. my helix healed fine, there was an irritation bump that i haven't experienced on any of my other piercings but it went away. however, the back of my ear, behind the anti tragus, became swollen and eventually infected. i had to go to a cvs minute clinic and get antibiotics. i cannot fathom that the "top of the line" jewelry that i paid so much money for that became the cause of my only piercing infection. after my cvs appointment, i went back to the place to get the jewelry removed (i could not for the LIFE OF ME get either of them out myself) and it hurt so badly. the helix was fine but when she took out the anti tragus jewelry, i actually saw stars. my pain tolerance is very high but i winced and told the piercer "that hurts, please be careful, it's infected" but she did not be more gentle and even rebutted and said "it doesn't look infected, it looks like you need a longer bar." while she might have not seen the large irritation bump on the back of the ear, she did not take my word for it when i told her about my infection. we went back and forth for a minute (her hands still on my ear) while she told me that she thought a longer bar would benefit me. i should have stuck with my other piercer, unfortunately this experience validated the "never get pierced at the mall" stereotype. too expensive, jewelry is clearly not as high quality as they price it as, and care was not mindful of the client. please don't go here!

I had my ear and nose piercings done by Ashley, and she is absolutely wonderful! I’m beyond happy with her work. She was incredibly patient, sweet, and calm throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference for me—especially after a rough experience the day before with the manager and another piercer. Ashley truly turned the experience around, and I can’t thank her enough! The place itself is clean, neat, and uses safe, hygienic equipment, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place—but make sure to choose your artist or piercer wisely. Ashley is amazing, and I highly recommend going to her!
