I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The shop is extremely clean and very welcoming and Lee and Steve were both awesome to work with. My artist was Lee, and on top of his phenomenal work, he was great at helping me through the process from start to finish, as well as getting me through those "first tattoo jitters". I would highly recommend anyone coming here. *Edit, years later: I came back for another tattoo, and had the exact same high quality, amazing experience. You can't go wrong with this shop, and the quality is just insanely amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment to finish it up!

Clean, clean, CLEAN!! The 1st thing you'll notice is how clean and sanitary Immortal Images is as soon as you walk in the door. Each artist here has their own technique and portfolio so make sure to do your research, schedule your consultation, and discuss the details of the art-piece(s) you want. These folks are extremely professional and do amazing artwork. That means they're pretty booked up for putting ink to skin but it was just a quick phone call to setup the initial consultation for the next day. We chose to go with Lee Green for his precision line work and his proclivity for Japanese-style tattoos. Your ink tells a story, is a part of your life, and you want to make sure you get the best artwork possible. Remember, good tattoos are not cheap and cheap tattoos are not good. This is my wife's new favorite hobby! She has gotten five tattoos in two months time from Steve. Very talented artist and tattooist! She has more planned but unfortunately due to Covid they are booked up for the remainder of the year!

Steve does absolutely incredible work. The oldest tattoo shop in Charlotte, it is also the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Steve was kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I will be going back!

Out of the tattoo shops I've been to, Immortal Images is definitely the cleanest and most spacious out of them. I was tattooed by Steve and the whole experience was very pleasant. Steve and everyone at the shop are very nice and my tattoos turned out great! The line work is amazing and just what I wanted. Steve made sure everything was correct before starting. He was friendly to talk to while my tattoos were being completed and answered any of my questions. Make sure to have cash for a deposit because you'll most likely have to make an appointment and come back to get tattooed, not sure how many walk ins are accepted but it is worth the wait.
