Old Ghosts Tattoo

I’ve gotten tattooed by Dean and Matt over the years and they deliver every time. All of the pieces they’ve created are custom one of one’s. Books are always open, stations are organized and clean, and the music they play in shop creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to undergo some painful tattooing. Old Ghost Tattoo is hands down the best tattoo shop in Raleigh. Every artist here has serious talent and a unique style that makes the shop feel like a living art gallery. I’ve been getting tattooed by Dean Caves, and his creativity and attention to detail are next level. Matt Kerley, Matt Evans, Caleb Soto, and Chico Estrada are all incredible artists in their own right, each bringing their own approach and energy to the space. The entire vibe of the shop is welcoming, professional, and full of inspiration. This place is awesome. The environment is super friendly and professional. I took my 72 yr old Dad here to get his first tattoo by artist Caleb and he did a fantastic job and treated him with care. My pops is a huge Dallas Cowboy fan and Caleb tattooed two Dallas Cowboy Stars on his right arm. My pops was very happy with his experience with Caleb and return within a month to get his second tattoo on his left arm. Pops is also a musician so he wanted his second tattoo to represent music and Caleb came thru once again. We appreciate the service and experience. Thank you. 👍

@mattitude has done four amazing tattoos on me. The studio is comfortable, clean, and Matt is always fun to hang with. If I lived closer, I'd have a dozen more tattoos by him. I'm constantly getting compliments on them! His distinctive style is incredible. People have stopped me in Boston to ask if Matt had done my tattoos!
