Romantic Torture Tattoo

I recently had my first tattoo done here on Monday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I've been coming to this shop for my piercings for quite some time, and every visit has been positive. The staff is always professional, the pricing is fair, and I've consistently received excellent service. Shannon was my tattoo artist, and he made my first tattoo experience comfortable and stress-free. He was professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process, ensuring everything was set up properly and that I was comfortable from start to finish. He also took the time to bring my vision to life with great attention to detail, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my next tattoo.

Went there to just get another hole in tha ear and set there for 30 minutes with the guy in the room by him self “setting up” she said bro you had a room full of people complaining with NOONE in there with you (WYD) Main guy been there over 10 years is now gone (FIRED) poor place!! I got my first tattoo and other accessories there but today was sad Last couple of times I’ve been there it’s bad vibes now maybe there was a reason why I didn’t get them done today💶money back in my pocket Guest⚧️(costumer’s)🚻supposed to come first 🚸just saying better customer Service needed there for sure ☹️I just got my money back and left😢 I guess I’ll go to Claire’s for now on and already got a better spot for tats Good luck torture you need it

My cousin got a dermal done here, anchor wasn’t even placed inside the skin right, it was just horrible but it was easy to remove since it was literally just falling out , making it looked inflamed or the little bump but aye you get what you paid for. Also heard that this store can’t keep workers, workers come and go so if you had no previous problems earlier with your piercings, best believer that piercer is gone and the new piercers or current, they’re mostly self trained or that’s what an ex employee that worked there had mentioned it.

Hi!! A couple weeks ago, I went with my friend to get our second ear piercings together! The front desk experience made me a little nervous for what was to come, but I tried not to think too much of it. The wait wasn't terribly long (even on a Friday!) and our piercer was incredibly kind and professional! The environment was very sterile and our piercer made sure that we liked the placement and style of our piercings. (I didn't have any cash left to tip, so I felt kind of bad. If you're reading this, SO sorry.) They gave us great advice to keep our piercings clean and when to change them out, go swimming in a lake, ect. My friend and I are very pleased with our results and in June, she gets to go back to Denmark with some cool 2nd ear piercings! I absolutely recommend this place! Thank y'all! :)

TERRIBLE! I came for a belly piercing, and I am bigger and my stomach folds when i sit, a professional and smart piercer would’ve told me since my stomach folds I needed a FLOATING NAVEL. The piercer gave me a very crooked ( it’s on the left) surface piercing, which never heals since the stomach instead of belly button skin is pierced. This lead to my piercing which I believe is rejecting all because the piercer did not inform me about my piercing. Gave me a very short bar so it is pushing up, and did not give me a flat bottom. I now believe he didn’t want us to record so we could not hold it against him. My other piercer at the same place was amazing and let us record. After my last piercing it will be my last time going.
