EL ZORRO TATTOO and piercing

I went to Ronald for my eyebrow piercing, and had such a good experience that I went back for my first tattoo. He was super organized, super kind, and just had a very calming environment for both experiences. I am absolutely going back for my second tattoo.

By fair the best tattoo experience i have ever had and i have over 20 tattoos! Very detail oriented, easy to work with and talk too. If i could give more than 5 stars i would! I added to my sleeve and wanted it like something i had done 5 years ago to match my other kids tattoos and it’s better than i expected! Thank you so much! Can’t wait for my next tattoo!!!

I highly recommend this place for piercings. I took my child here to get their ears pierced. The owner was very professional, personable, and patient when my child was nervous. The communication from planning the appointment to earring removal after the eight weeks was prompt and knowledgeable. He listens well and asks good questions so that everyone is on the same page every step. My child's ears healed beautifully. This is a very reputable business.

We had a great experience here. Our piercer was so nice, and we all said this was our best experience when getting a piercing. I would definitely recommend. Prices were reasonable as well.

Fantastic experience! This was my first piercing in almost 20 years, and I was a little nervous. Ronald was super professional, and patiently answered my (many) questions. He sterilized the earring in a fancy machine while he double checked all measurements and sterilized the piercing area. He ensured that I was aware of what was happening and had the opportunity for feedback every step of the way. It was a painless process and the piercing looks great! The shop is inside a larger studio with a variety of other estheticians and cosmetic services, but it was very easy to locate the El Zorro studio. It was clean and tidy, and all the supplies were amazingly well-organized (it has inspired me to clean out and reorganize all my drawers at home!), 😅 and all medical items were in in sterile packing. The shop is on the smaller side, but it's just perfect for one customer at a time. They offer a variety of other similar services (body piercing, tattooing, permanent makeup, scar coverage, etc.) and I would definitely go here for any future needs. I was impressed with the amount of posted information available (including charts that show the level of pain for various piercing locations!). After my piercing I received verbal guidance plus a take-home handout with additional details. Ronald is very tech-savvy and it made my appointment so much easier. Before my appointment he was very communicative, responding via text about a question I had prior to making my appointment. The website was great and made it super easy to make an appointment, pay for my service, and to research details about my service (and other services I might be interested in getting done in the future). There were helpful photos and videos on the Instagram page (essentially the customer portfolio). I even received email and text reminders about my appointment so I wouldn't forget, and I could easily add the reservation to my calendar with just the click of a button. Thanks for a super easy and excellent experience! I would highly recommend to anyone needing any of their services!
