Visited from out of town and felt super welcome from the moment I walked in. Mina at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and detailed — she walked me through their pieces and even gave me recommendations for jewelry they didn’t carry, just because she genuinely loves the craft. Didn’t end up buying anything but still had a great experience. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in Nashville again and would recommend anyone in the area to stop in.

I had such an amazing experience at Icon Tattoo and Body Piercing! I booked an ear curation appointment and ended up getting a conch piercing and what I believe is called a floating lobe piercing. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. Their jewelry selection is absolutely beautiful, and the location is super convenient. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience feel comfortable and exciting. The receptionist was especially amazing when helping me pick out my jewelry. I actually ended up choosing the same jewelry they had in their own conch piercing! We instantly bonded, and they were so kind and compassionate while listening to me talk through a lot of personal things I had going on. That level of kindness and genuine care really meant a lot to me. Evan did my piercings and was amazing. Extremely thorough, made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, explained everything clearly, and gave me all the aftercare information I needed. You can tell Evan truly cares about the clients and takes pride in the work. The vibe of the studio was immaculate, clean, relaxing, and all-around great energy. I’m already excited to continue my ear curation journey with them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality piercings and an overall wonderful experience!

BettyAnn was fantastic! My piercing was below the waist, and she made it such a relaxing and safe experience. I had no doubts with her warm demeanor. Kudos for high standard of professionalism. From the minute we walked in the staff were kind and helpful. Everything was explained in detail from cost, jewelry choices, and placement options. I had never been here before, but will ABSOLUTELY be back for more! Making the appointment was a breeze online and right on time with the appointment as scheduled. They have soooo many options for jewelry choices as well. You will definitely find good people and even better service here!

This shop has a great atmosphere. The employees an artists are really friendly an are quite helpful. My tattoo artist was real nice, an was able to bring my image to life on my body. The prices are very good from what I could tell. My tattoo was done way quicker an more beautiful then I would have thought. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AN IM FROM OKLAHOMA. I've been wanting to honor my late brother and bring light to suicide for some time now. It took me quite some time to come up with exactly how to do that. My brother lived 35 years 9 months and 26 days before he took his life. This is how I chose to honor that. I also wanted this tattoo placement to be very conspicuous. People will see it and hopefully ask about it. Not only will talking about more it bring myself some therapy but hopefully it opens someone else's eyes to what damage self harm really does to others. The experience I had at Icon was incredible. They showed true interest in the meaning behind my tattoo, end expressed actual empathy. I did this as a walk in client. When the first artist looked at the placement she was honest about being uncomfortable doing my hand and gave the work to an artist with more experienced. It showed me they cared more about the end result than lining their pockets. Being from out of town I will definitely be dropping back by on my next trip to Nashville.
