terrible customer service very unprofessional agreed to an appointment cancelled on me as soon as i arrived after waiting for an hour do not come here ridiculous.. to reply to your response, no appointment? we were texting all day and agreed on a time just to have you cancel when your ride was there to pick you up. we won’t be deleting bc this is unacceptable businesses practice.

My Best friend and I wanted to get a tattoo after our cruise and we’ve been itching to get a matching one for a while now so we decided to stop somewhere in Nashville Tennessee and Ink Deville popped up. It was starting to get late and they were open late so it was perfect. We had the pleasure of having Tova! She is amazing!! Cute shop, Great communicator, great service and super nice lady! She did everything that we envisioned for our tattoo. Very pleased! If you are in the area I highly recommend!

Tova was amazing! She was very quick to respond and so nice! She did my tattoo perfectly and was very accommodating to my best friend who wanted more than one. She was also very calming as these were our first tattoos! Very reasonable about the price!

I contacted Tova about getting my first tattoo (and ended up with 4!). She was very quick to respond (another "5 star" tattoo shop didn't even respond to my calls or messages). She knew exactly what I wanted and completed them perfectly! She was gentle and very nice, very personable. Reasonably priced as well. The only thing is the suite was tricky to find. I will definitely get another tattoo by her!
