Got Ink? #615

Came in today to get a half sleeve 8 hr session and JP absolutely killed it, his skills are top notch. If your looking to get work done big or small look no further this shop will get you right.

JayP did my very 1st tattoo today & I love it! JayP is so friendly & welcoming that I immediately felt comfortable w/him. He has an incredible personality & I had a great time talking w/him during my session! The shop is clean & I highly recommend JayP's work! I also purchased one of his cool t-shirts that he designed himself! If you're thinking of getting some ink, go see him!

This was my very first tattoo, and Jason at Got Ink 615 made it an amazing experience. He listened to exactly what I wanted, drew it out perfectly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He talked me through the process, was very professional, and had me in and out of the chair in about two hours. For my first tattoo, I couldn’t have asked for a better artist or better customer service. Jason made the experience so good that I’m actually thinking about getting another tattoo because of him. I would definitely recommend Jason anytime to anyone looking for a great tattoo artist!

JayP was incredible to work with and I’d highly recommend him to everyone. He was incredibly professional from the first consultation and made my sleeve idea a reality. I’m only in town for a few weeks for a class and he was able to work with my schedule. If I ever find myself back in the area, I’ll definitely be back for another session. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures of the finished project but I’m sure you’ll be able to find it on the shops Facebook page.

Ive been meaning to leave JP a 5-star since getting my tattoo nearly a year ago! *** This picture is of my tattoo almost a 8 months later. I do a lot of swimming. I am still so pleased with it, and I never even went back for a touch up which he told me I could do after it healed. JP surpassed my expectations as an artist and professional. He is truly impressive!! It had been 17 years since my last tattoo. While I was excited, I went in with definite nerves and not knowing what to expect. I had only met JP one day before my appointment. My tattoo was medium size to large (I have a very small build, so it appears large on me!!) It’s on my upper thigh but more so on the side and wraps around to my buttocks. Due to the location, I was hoping it would not be awkward. Three hours is a long time to feel weird or self-conscious with someone. JP was extremely professional, and I did not once feel uncomfortable at all!! Placement was really important to me because I have a medium to large tattoo on the other thigh, and needed them to be symmetrical, matching location, size, etc. JP got it right with no hesitation! I “knew” what I wanted, yetI am a big picture person rather than detail oriented. I hesitated for years afraid of. 1. Ending up with a really basic tattoo because I couldn’t show or verbalize every detail. 2. Driving a tattoo artist crazy with confusion because I tend to be all over the place! “I want it to be not too big and not too small.” “I want waves but not too basic looking.” want words big enough to read without being up close, but not TOO big, and I don’t like font that is too feminine.” “I love bright colors, like blue. Oh, And I love teal!! Maybe you can use white, too?” “What do you think??” I really can’t draw at all, and my thoughts were scattered, so I really needed the kind of artist who could take my ideas and run with it!! JP did just that! He is the perfect artist for custom designed pieces! Very creative and thorough and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing which made the whole thing even more exciting to me. He was the perfect “teammate” in making me something I would have and cherish forever! Lastly, I know JP could have charged a lot more! My tattoo was a gift from my young son for my birthday, and JP made a special effort to stay within the budget! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
