This was my first time using this service provider. I initially reached out through FB and they responded and answered my questions. When I arrived, the ladies greeted me and reviewed my design concept. They provided me with suggestions. I was introduced to Michael and he was warm, attentive and took care of me. He captured the vision and kept me calm and distracted as he did his work! I'm thoroughly pleased with my results. The tattoo was within my budget. I would recommend him to anyone. He has over 30 years of experience and it showed.

Went there and got a tragus piercing in December of 2025. Needed a piercing retainer and purchased it for $20 in April of 2026. Asked if a piercer could change it for me while I was there(as this piece of equipment is very small). The girl at the counter said you can change it yourself. Never tried to accommodate me. I go about my day because I need to catch a flight. As I knew I would, I lose the item when trying to change it. Because piercing is not my job. It’s theirs. So I call to speak with a manager some days later to let them know what happened and I need the item replaced because I asked for the proper help and was not given it. There was a piercer on site, but the request was never relayed to them. I would have paid the $10 they charge to change it. I was not given that option, although I asked. When I called to have the situation rectified, the “manager” said there’s nothing they can do. I should not have had to pay the $20 for another piercing retainer because I asked for help at the shop. Also, the piece of equipment is so cheap on Amazon, it shouldn’t cost $15/ $5 upcharge for card in the first place. But in a time crunch, I obliged. Now my problem is, these people are treating me as if I’m trying to get over on them in some way. When in actuality, your cashier did not perform her full duty. It would not have cost this business $5 to replace the item or just give me an actual earring (since they claimed they are out of retainers). I would still be ok with them charging me the change of jewelry fee for $10. So as pety as this review is, their response to the lack of concern about their employees nonchalance towards my request is meriting this review. This could have been handled so differently over a simple piece of jewelry change. And I asked for help. I really hope the owner sees this and perhaps does a little more training with his team over petty nonsense. Because the actual piercing itself cost more than this damn transaction would have. Otherwise, the lady who actually pierce me was great!

I couldn't be more happy with my Chainsaw Man tattoo. I also got piercings, as well. It was a seamless process, and everyone was very nice. They also were very clear about aftercare. The tattoo artist was super cool and friendly, and I really enjoyed talking to him. Thank you, James! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing.

My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary in Memphis TN. DBYecided to get tattoos. Found this establishment on Google. Called and asked if they accepted walk-ins, they answered yes, so we drove. Met with a beautiful lady at the counter, filled out bs paperwork ( state laws🙄) Talked over our design. Met with Mic, (Mike, not Mick 😉) got the adventure started and finished with absolutely no flaws. Conversation was a breath of fresh air, hes knowledgeable, funny, thorough. 100% worth a meet with him. We appreciate and thank you for such an unforgettable day!! Thank you Mic!!

James was incredible!! I went to him for a huge scar cover up and a tattoo cover up.. it was a big piece with a lot of work and many different things that needed fixing.. he blended everything so well together and exceeded my expectations! James is very professional and kind.
