I genuinely don’t understand how angel have so many bad reviews. I got a septum and it was quick and easy and everything was just super fast , paid my money ,sat down ,got the peircing, and then he gave me a paper that tells me how to take care of it , and I saw people saying it was unsanitary when everything was clean and used gloves and everything , I’m so confused I just think some people just expect way to much .

Omg the WROSTTTT EXPERIENCE EVER. Never go here yall im begging y’all! They don’t clean you. ATTITUDES HORRIBLE. I asked him was he gone use something to clean the area before doing my piercing, this man said “ go to the bathroom and clean yourself but I’m not “ I overlooked that when I should’nt have… I then asked him about the nipple piercing and if he could use the same hole as before ( idk anything about piercing so I’m asking questions) this man said “ and why would I do that “THE DAUGHTER ATTITUDE AT THE COUNTER IS HORRRRRIIBBBLLEEEE!! My friend didn’t like the way he was talking to me and ask could she get a refund me said “ you sure can “ she ask for the refund after he did my tattoo he tell her to get out the shop. 0/10 baby them $20 piercing is worth $20 never EVER AGAIN! He pierced me completely wrong in the nipples 😞 I hate I even did that! PLEASEEE PLEASEEE DONT go here! Just go pay $60 elsewhere. He don’t say hey when you walk in nothing, he literally grab the needle and ask where it’s going THATS IT. And don’t even pierce correctly idk how he still in business it’s so unbelievable.

That dude Angel is very unprofessional I ain’t gone lie. After he finished he didn’t clean the blood dripping off my ear and didn’t even give me any instructions on how to treat it

Angel’s daughter at the front desk has no customer service skills. She is very weird. I guess she gets it from her dad. Angel can be very rude and unwelcoming. He doesn’t have people skills. Not everyone can own a business. Do not get the $20 piercings. They are cheap for a reason. Angel moves really fast as if he is a pro and will still give you a crooked piercing with incorrect placement. He pierced my belly button and because of it not being centered as well as crooked (slanted), It got super irritated and had to removed within just three weeks of having it. It left me with a huge scar and bump. Yet, he acts arrogant and moves fast like he knows what he is doing but he clearly doesn’t. I don’t think they sanitize anything. They have multiple piercing customers and will have them come into the same room on the left and lay across the same piercing bed that I’ve never seen them clean in between customers. You won’t even see him wash his hands. No professionalism or cleanliness whatsoever. Never going back here. Not worth the bumps and scars.

I came in for a nose piercing and asked if the area would be cleaned before the needle was used. Instead of answering professionally, the piercer became rude and told me to get out. There was no skin prep or explanation of the process before he was ready to pierce. I chose not to go through with it due to hygiene and safety concerns. Even though no service was performed, I was told there were no refunds. This experience felt unprofessional and unsafe. I would not recommend. Plus they are not welcoming.
