Natasha is ABSOLUTELY the "bees-knees" when it comes to piercing knowledge & skills. I have a triple forward helix (that she did NOT do) & I regret it tremendously. My 3holes weren't healing properly: they were TOO close together, JEWELRY WAS TOO small (NO room for swelling), piercing bumps, etc. I went to Natasha hoping she could HELP me fix the problems. She has the patience of a Saint, is down to earth & humbly blunt. I'll post pics of my 'triple forward helix' journey, once they've totally healed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I couldn’t not shout out this business. Natasha was absolutely incredible, by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had!! Instead of walking into what you’d expect a tattoo and piercing parlor to be, we were hit with welcome, warmth, and worship music playing! Not only were we blown away with the kindred spirit in Christ, but Natasha’s skill, easy conversation, and countenance with my little siblings set this place apart!! Couldn’t recommend them more! Sisi will be back!! From the moment I walked into Watts Studio: Chickadee Piercing, I knew I was in the right place! The atmosphere was incredible—warm, welcoming, and filled with such great people! Everyone there was so kind, smiling, and made me feel instantly welcomed. I came in with a friend to get piercings and Let me just say, NATASHA—she is an absolute gem! Not only is she gorgeous and hilarious, but she is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her craft. She took her time to walk us through every detail of the process, from the piercings themselves to the aftercare, and made everything feel so peaceful and easy to understand!!! I got both my rook and helix pierced, and Natasha made the experience so smooth! We were laughing the whole time—her joy is just contagious. She made us feel safe, calm, and genuinely excited to be there. I didn’t even get all the piercings I wanted today, but I already knew I’d be back. That’s how amazing the experience was. If you’re thinking about getting pierced or tattooed, this is the spot for real!

Brought my daughter in this morning for a much-anticipated 8th birthday ear piercing. I was a bit hesitant to bring a child into a tattoo studio, but Watts had been so well recommended I decided to try it. Very glad we did! Earlier in the week when I looked for a Thursday appointment, there were none available on the website, but when I contacted them directly on a long shot, they were glad to fit us in on my daughter's special day. The atmosphere was very pleasant, sort of a moody boutique or posh gentleman's club. The music and decor was kid safe, no need to debrief afterward. Their signage isn't easily visible from the parking lot, but they welcome customers to either the front or back door. Natasha does the piercings and was so pleasant, professional and careful to explain everything prior to even touching an ear. The sanitation and attention to good medical practice was scrupuous, and everything was single use and individually packaged, even the marker for earring placement. They use needles for the piercing (less trauma to the tissue than ear guns) and the earrings are flexibend plastic for comfort. She even checked the lobes prior with a sterilized penlight to make sure there weren't any veins or anomalies to avoid. My daughter had a sugar drop before we left due to her nerves relaxing (even though she had breakfast as directed), and Natasha popped her right back down on the bed and had Teddy Grahams and ice water on hand to pink her up. Excellent post care instructions and she was so cheerfully patient with questions and my daughter's nervous chit-chat. Totally recommend them and already have to several friends with daughters!
