No Regrets

Upper ear piercing was 60 with basic jewelry. 85 for septum, 70 for tragus. Inger knows her stuff. Not a lot of jewelry to choose from in general, but you do get something better than the basic steel ball that other shops give you. I would go here again.

I was super anxious and nervous because I have an aversion to shots and being punctured but I just got my nostril pierced and it was very quick and easy, thank y’all so much!! Great place to get a piercing, would def come back for another piercing!

customer service was fine they always seem annoyed though, i got my septum pierced in September, i was 15 minutes late which was definitely my fault but the piercer was mad about that and rushed through my piercing. she didn't even clean my nose and pierced it wrong. had to pay for another shop to do it correctly. if you're looking for a septum piercing i would go to trilogy!

Shop handled everything amazingly well. Had a consultation with Ben Reece as he has great work on Instagram. We went over the design and he was to get me a design a week before the tattoo which was 6 weeks after the consultation. I paid the $150 deposit and eagerly looked for to the design. 6 days out, no design, left a polite vm to see its status. Told on Tues when they opened that he had some minor design changes to handle and he’d get it to me. Thursday, I made sure the line of communication was solid on how that design was arriving to make sure it hadn’t gotten held up on a spam filter. Told I get my design again. Friday, I got the roughest design that was not what was discussed. Went over issues with it and told I’d get a new design that night. Showed up to my appointment not receiving any design. 15 minutes after my tattoo appointment was set to start Ben shows up with another super rough design that was absolutely not ready to tattoo. TLDR: pay Ben Reece for the experience of not following through on anything he says he’d do. Giving two stars for desk guys handling of everything.

Friday the 13th walk-in day in full swing at No Regrets. I love seeing all the traditional and neo-traditional tattoo designs the tattoo artists made and they had special tattoo flash for today. Good luck, for everyone :)
