I had an appointment at 5pm and when I arrived Markieth the owner told me there were two people ahead of me. That it would only take 2 hours and he could have My tattoo done within an hour. If he had told me he double booked or given me a realistic time-frame then maybe I would be more understanding. However, I didn't leave the tattoo shop until 1:30am over 8 hours later. If I would've known I would be there that long I would've never come in the first place. Great tattoos if you want good art please visit his shop; however, that doesn't excuse the terrible business practices. Double booking customers, taking entirely too long, and to top it off.... There is no restroom, it's broken. I had such high expectations for this tattoo shop however, it was just very unprofessional, and disappointing.

Loved this place, the people are very welcoming and kind! Markeith did an amazing job on my piercings! He’s very sweet and explains the process of things well, I’m very satisfied. 10/10. ❤️

I highly recommend this place! Everyone here is incredibly friendly. I first called to ask some questions about piercings, and the man on the phone was very patient and answered everything clearly. The next day I came in and got a conch piercing and a nose piercing. The front desk lady who greeted me was so sweet and welcoming. She explained all the aftercare details, went over the pricing, and then introduced me to the piercer, I believe his name was Markie. He was extremely kind and professional, although there was a little pain, Markie kept reassuring me the entire time. The whole process was quick and smooth, very clean and hygienic, he made me feel really comfortable and well taken care of. He was also super patient when it came to placement—I changed my mind several times, and he made sure I was 100% happy with the final placement. I was very nervous when I walked in, but after this experience, I can confidently say I’ll definitely be back. They also have the cutest little dog—absolutely adorable. Go check it out!

Tattoo artist, Markeith is the man! Great artist with a great sense of humor! The receptionist/ apprentice, Erica, is very helpful and knowledgeable and it's honestly just fun to talk with her! They recently won nation- wide awards that are proudly on display in the shop! They do tatts, piercing, permanent makeup and tooth jewels. Shop small, shop local! #Memphis #tattoo

Hubz and I went yesterday for the $50 flash sale. The shop is still being put together but it was an awesome environment and experience. Everyone was so friendly, the lady working the front was really awesome and cool to talk to. Markeith, the artist was really great. Even though it was a flash sale he really took the time to make our pieces look awesome (we opted to add color to ours which was $50 extra, but still a great deal for what we walked out with). Definitely found my new home for my tattoo and piercing needs while here in Memphis. Please check them out and spread the word because they definitely are doing great things there. They also offer tooth gems, and get what you get gumball machines that feature 90’s theme and anime. Can’t wait to watch everything come together for them. Thank you guys so much for having us and making it such a good experience!
