I got my 2nd ear piercing done by Chico and it was extremely great. He was super nice and even made me laugh when I was nervous. The process was super easy and it didn't hurt. He used clean needles and clean earrings. Overall highly recommend.

Man I wanted to leave a good review but I can't. I've had 4 piercings done by Chico now and everything was fine up until I got my side labret. The side labret was done without a clamp and ultimately was pierced at a horrible angle which caused severe pain and swelling and near embedding. Went to a different shop to get it checked out and she said the jewelry wasn't even implant grade titanium and she wasn't even sure how it was done at such an angle. Chicos nice, never had any issues with his personality but I can't go back after that.

Chico removed my dermal! It was practically painless, and when I was confused, he answered all of my questions. He did it very precisely and carefully to minimize scarring and overall, it was a very nice experience. I am so grateful that I could get this removed just in time!

"If you are going here for a tattoo or a piercing, you might be fine, but do not bother coming here for body jewelry. The customer service was nonexistent—the clerk I dealt with was an absolute zombie and completely oblivious to the products. I asked basic questions about the jewelry, and the only response I got was 'I don't know, I can text my boss.' I later found out from a friend that this is her standard 'song and dance' and she does it to everyone. It’s frustrating to try to buy specialized items from someone who has zero knowledge of what they are selling. On top of the poor service, the jewelry is significantly overpriced compared to what you can find at other reputable shops or online. Save your time and money—go somewhere where the staff actually knows their inventory." Update: Regarding the owner's comment that clerks aren't required to know jewelry—if that is the case, there should be specialized staff available. As a long-term customer of this shop for piercings and jewelry, I rarely find a piercer present during early or afternoon hours. A simple, professional solution would be for the clerk to acknowledge their limited knowledge and direct customers to specific times when expert staff is available.

I had a great experience today getting a cover-up. Tommy did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations! I’m very happy with my new tat!
