Was visiting from out of town, and had some time to kill, so I walked in to get my earlobes pierced, and the piercer Kevin is an absolute gem! He explained the process extremely professionally, and was very personable and knowledgeable. Staff was very friendly, 10 out of 10 would definitely make the drive here again just for Kevin!

I LOVE IT😍 my experience was amazing at this place. It was my first time getting a piercing done and Dominique was outstanding with her work. She was welcoming, friendly and respectful. Definitely coming back for more makeovers😍

Kevin is extremely awesome. He helped me tremendously with my nose piercings to bring my dream to reality. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he looked at me and honestly said, "I do not have those rings, but I can tell you exactly where to get them." He told me exactly what sizes I needed to ask for and the style of jewelry. I went to the recommended place, grabbed everything he suggested, and went back to him to install. Of course, I thought I knew what I was talking about and asked him to tighten the jewelry down, and being the awesome person he is, he did it. Boy, was I wrong! It started hurting a day later, so I hurried and went back. He was extremely kind and helped me by opening it back up so it wasn't so tight. The entire time, he stressed that his goal is to make the entire process as painless as possible. He's extremely kind and thoughtful with his customers. I definitely recommend him.

Wait time was reasonable, though I walked in just before it got busy. Piercer was thorough and communicated well. Asked multiple times during the process if I was well as a way to check how I was doing in between piercings. Very professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. Adjusted placement of the marker one of my lobes before piercing when I asked about it when confirming before piercing. Explained their reasoning but was quick to adjust and give assurance without being condescending. Explained their reasoning but didn’t discredit my perspective in the slightest. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Definitely will be back soon as I’ve finally healed enough for more.

Tamashi is my go to artist he’s done majority of my tattoos, they’ve all turned out great, I don’t feel like i’m overpaying, and the environment he provides is always extremely comfortable! Kevin has done my piercings for years and they’ve all healed great and he’s wonderful at easing the nerves for you if you get nervous. I’m never uncomfortable, as well as the cleanliness of the shop is amazing!
