Ageless Art Tattoo & Piercing

Went to this shop the night of the Rousey, Cerano fight, the person who pierced me was Matt. Went back today cause my conch was irritated, and embedding in the back of my ear. It was literally raw! The barbell on the jewelry I was pierced with was too short so it didn't accommodate swelling and it was pierced with an 18 gauge. Which is not standard for a conch, a certified piercer would have known that! Went back today 5/26 a week and a half later and of course no piercer was there to fix the embedding problem and guage up the piercing from an 18 to a 16 which is standard for a conch. If it was done this way initially I wouldn't have had this problem. The lady there told me I'd have to wait til Thursday when he'd be back. It was literally an emergency and she told me to sign my name on a paper and Id be called when it was my turn. This was my first experience with this shop! Went down the street to Xtreme Ink and Courtney fixed what was messed up at Ageless Art. I do not recommend, and will not be back for a piercing or a tattoo based on this experience.

I got my nose pierced here 6 months ago and they were very friendly and informative and showed so much care and professionalism! They let my boyfriend in the back to hold my hand and were just so nice! I ended up coming back today for a vertical labret lip peircing and was given the best treatment ever. They made sure i left happy with my peircings and jewelry, gave me all the important info + tips and tricks!! I was very curious about how everything worked and Matt was so kind and helpful in explaining the process. The front desk lady was also so cool and nice! Love everyone here, i will be getting all my peircings here!

I had been looking forward to getting my ears pierced with my cousin for months. I had been looking at their website and knew that in order to get an appointment, that you had to call day of as close to noon as possible. So I did that, I called at 12:10, the person that answered was not helpful. They asked what they could do for me after not saying anything after picking up for phone for ten seconds, and I said that I wanted to make an appointment for my cousin and I. She was silent for many seconds and then said that they don't take appointments, walk-ins only. I was confused because on the website it said appointment only, and to call at noon to make an appointment. So I was like I guess they changed their policy. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, and when I walked in I was declined service because they do not take walk-ins. The lady that "helped" us could not have cared less, even when I told her what the worker had said to me. I suggested that she have a talk with the workers because, and I quote from her, "This happens all the time". How can your workers not know what to do in situations like this, especially when policy is on the website and likely have people in everyday for piercings. So she said try calling again tomorrow. So my aunt called them at 12:04 today, the following day, to get our name on the list to call back and make our appointment at 1. They called her back and said they were fully booked up for the day, and would only be able to have an appointment for one at 1 o'clock, which was the time that they called her back. The lady was rude, and not helpful, they clearly do not care about helping people or getting business so do not go here. There are plenty of other great places to go with much nicer and more helpful people. The management clearly seems to be lacking, so don't waste your time, money, or gas to try and go here.

My piece is not completely finished (will be finished in a few weeks) but so far Ashton has done a wonderful job on my moth! I’m absolutely obsessed with it. They were very upfront about everything going into it and very professional. They an incredibly talented artist and very patient as well!

I called this business last week with questions about a piercing. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and patient with me. Yesterday I called again to make my appointment 2:00PM same day. I arrived way earlier due to how excited I was. When I got there I was greeted and given my paperwork to fill out. Once done I had a little wait time while Matt got setup. The process went fast and smooth. Even though I had already had this piercing done before he and the young lady made the appointment with still refreshed my knowledge on the healing and cleaning requirements which I appreciated. I love that it’s a tattoo shop as well (one stop shop). They are now my first go to for these needs.
