I brought my teen for a lobe piercing in January. After seeing how professional, kind, informative, and warm Pat was throughout the appointment, I knew that I would be back for my long list of piercings. I'm finally in a position in my career where I can re-pierce or newly pierce my body as I like so I'd been looking for the right spot to start that journey. In July, I was ready so I went in and had a double nasal. They were done in such a skilled way and aligned perfectly. I could see how much respect Pat has for his craft. The following week, I came back to get my long closed second and third lobes repierced. The process was smooth. Pat, being the professional he is, then put me on a pause for healing until September and I'm already looking forward to my next piercings. By the way, all 6 piercings are healing very well. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Twisted Images.

On a whim, while visiting Louisville, my friend wanted a new ear piercing. After asking around Twisted Images was the vote. We quickly made an appointment. Once we made it inside we were immediately greeted by Amy and made comfortable. She even took us out back while we waited to see their new fairy garden! Amy gave us a laser pointer to help point out what jewelry we had settled on (super cool) and got us set up with Tori. Tori was the absolute best piercer. Not only was she sweet, she was extremely through, knowledgeable, and took ever care to make sure my friend and I had a safe and clean experience and we absolutely did. On our way out we were offered water, candy, and a whistle! I even bought myself some new body jewelry. I definitely understand why this is the place to go.

I especially appreciated their patience and commitment to ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. The quality of service was outstanding. The piercer worked with precision and professionalism, making the experience smooth and as comfortable as possible. Detailed aftercare instructions were also provided to support proper healing. Another thing I appreciated was the shop’s strong focus on cleanliness and safety. The workstations, tools, and common areas were spotless and well maintained. The entire environment felt professional, hygienic, and dedicated to customer well-being.

We had a fantastic experience! My 7 year old had been asking to get her ears pierced for a while, and said she was definitely ready. We asked around and Twisted Images was recommended again and again. Amy and Tori walked her through the entire process, were completely incredible with her, and helped her stay calm throughout the whole process. It was super quick, and she is still so happy and proud of herself for being brave.

Had a great experience at my piercing appointment with Pat! I first came in for an anatomy consultation on a double rook, then came back in on a different day to get it done. Pat walked me through the whole process, and I felt super comfortable throughout! You absolutely get the quality of service that you pay for, and it was so worth it to me. Will definitely be back for future piercings!
