Spring St. Tattoo

Amazing shop to get tattooed and pierced at. Bree Ashley has done most of my tattoos and does fantastic work as always. The artists and piercers whom work there make you feel right at home and bring good vibes to every session.

I gave this shop 5 stars because I can’t give it 10. Every time I walk in this shop I am welcomed by all of the artists. This shop really makes you feel welcomed, safe, loved, and appreciated. I see Bree for my tattoos and I won’t go to anyone else. Her work is amazing. Walking through the shop you see the excitement on everyone’s faces. The ones getting tatted and the ones doing the tatting. I highly recommend this shop for your tattoos and piercings. Every time I’ve have been there Tracy as had multiple people wanting on her to pierce them.

My partner was going to get tattooed by Grace and the New England Botanical Tattoo event. He went to support me and my sisters, but decided to get a tattoo as well. He was excited until it came time to get the tattoo and became visibly nervous. He has a lot of emotional blocks when it comes to tattoos due to his culture, and getting one is a big decision for him. in hindsight, a tattoo convention was probably not the right place to get his second tattoo. He decided not to get the tattoo and left the area. I am glad he made that decision since he was clearly very uncomfortable and nervous. I was told that Grace was very understanding and empathic in the moment. However, I did not see that understanding or empathy afterwards. The way I found out he didn’t proceed with the tattoo, was by hearing Grace laughing about it to the artist next to me. I heard the story a total of three times while I got tattooed and then again as I watched my sister get her tattoo. Grace kept sharing the story with the other artists and clients while laughing about it. I was disappointed to see this behavior from someone who tattoos permanent art on people’s bodies. He was uncomfortable and said no. I dont see the humor in that. I am hoping the artist will be more mindful about how they speak about clients in front of others, and more understanding of people expressing bodily autonomy, even when they are no longer present.

Tracy was absolutely amazing with our daughter while getting her ears pierced! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone that brings comfort, time and space! We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Very professional shop with some great artists. I would recommend coming here. The artist who worked with me on my design was quick to get me in and did everything I asked. Super friendly, super awesome people.
