Lil Nicky and Chelsie absolutely killed it on both my and my partner’s tattoos. So happy with how they turned out. Respectful, talented, great vibes all around. Took us as walk in’s on a Saturday! We were done and dusted within the hour. 100% recommend - 10/10 💯

My BFF and I wanted to get matching tattoos on our trip to NOLA. I found Tough Love after researching the local tattoo shops. I sent them an email and they got back to me within 5 min confirmed our appt. Our appt was originally with Chloe but between when we booked and our appt she had left the shop so they gave us Chelsie and we were so happy with the change! She was do friendly, talked to us the whole time gave us suggestions for places to eat and drink. Highly recommend her, if I had more time here I'd get one her originals they are amazing. Shops is very clean, everyone is so nice and welcoming.

This shop was phenomenal!!! We booked in advance as a group of 4 from out of town. All of the artists were friendly and ready to go when we arrived. Chelsie was my artist and she was outstanding! She made great artistic recommendations to my tattoo that took something simple to the next level. She has a light hand so sitting was a breeze! Street parking is available.

After searching several shops in the area for a realistic black and gray artist, I found Chelsie at Tough Love. I brought her in a photo I’d taken locally for inspiration and then told her to make it hers. I was extremely lucky because artists of this skill level rarely have availability for walk-ins. Not only did she deliver what she promised, she exceeded my expectations. I sat in the shop for 7 hours chatting with Chelsie and Jason and they are so down to earth and good people. I came in the shop as a prospective client and left with some killer work and some new friends.

At 62 years of age, I was accompanied by my son to get my first tattoo. The design is a the of a band that has played s very significant role in my life, particularly concerning my 37 glorious years with my late wife. Alex was wonderful, took the custom logo and made it fabulous beyond expectations. Everybody was very professional, welcoming, and the location spotlessly clean. All of the starr I met there welcomed me with a fantastic attitude that instantly put me at ease and assuaged me of any trepidations I had I only wish there were more stars to give!
