Pigment Tattoo

Pigment is an awesome shop to get tattooed at. All of the staff was very friendly, they were clean, and did a great job on our tattoos when we walked in. JW did our tattoos and he was very detailed with our design and was very nice through the whole process. Would definitely come back for another tattoo if we were in town again. Highly recommend.

Rude. Went in for 2 small matching tattoos. 2 tattoo artists there and owner (maybe) Rich. So rude and condescending. One artist refused to cater the tattoo I wanted to the size I wanted, and then made me pay a $50 “set up fee”, I guess for printing out my very small tattoo. I’m truly appalled at how rude and condescending this artist was towards me. Even calling me “sweetheart” in a condescending way. Rich even denied doing the ear piercing I was inquiring about before we even discussed it much. This was our very last stop on our New Orleans trip and left such a bad taste in our mouths. Edit since I feel the need to explain myself. I did not call 5 times. I called once, to ask if you accept walk ins, and then once again as it was shortly before you closed to ask if you still had time for us. I was not "out of my skull", and if you truly felt this way, you should have denied us service or told us no on the phone, instead of scamming us for a "set up fee" after not adjusting the size of the tattoo. I was completely friendly, I'm sorry you took this as me being obnoxious. Maybe learn how to have a conversation.

Wife and I stopped in on a whim while on vacation this week. She got her nose pierced by Erik, he did an amazing job. I got a tattoo by Justin, turned out great. Quick, clean, and super cool guys. The shop is in a great convenient location, will be back when in town again.

Just got my nose pierced by Erik and it was so quick and easy. He was so gentle and gave me clear aftercare instructions to keep my piercing clean and to help it heal properly. The tattoo artists and the owner were also so nice and welcoming. The place is very conveniently located, super comfortable and they have an extremely cute and soft cat to boot! Definitely recommend coming here to get your next piercing or tattoo!

Clean and eccentric facility with friendly and helpful staff. They are also very professional and knowledgeable. My daughter's nose piercing was literally the perfect size and in the perfect spot. It was beautiful. I like the private tables being walls for our piercing experience. Erik was so much fun! We'll be back !
