Absolutely obsessed with my ear curation! She completely nailed it. Every piece was chosen and placed so thoughtfully, and the final look is even more gorgeous than I imagined. Everything flows together beautifully while still feeling unique and perfectly curated to me. Her eye for detail, balance, and placement is incredible. I genuinely cannot stop looking at my ear. If you’re considering an ear curation, DO IT and trust her vision. She is seriously talented, and I absolutely LOVE how mine turned out!

This was a great experience through & through! I booked a lobe piercing with a consultation for another piercing, and Vicious was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions & concerns. It was painless, informative, and very quick. I will definitely be returning for my next piercing & for some permanent jewelry!

Went in for a nipple piercing. I was initially very nervous, but Vicious made the experience very comfortable and professional. She talked me through what to expect and to breathe as she was piercing. Vicious also gave me my piercings that would compliment my shoulders! The place is clean and very cool. Lots of different jewelry to choose from and artwork displayed as well. Love my nipple piercings! Thank you, Vicious╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

I booked and prepaid for back to back appointments - a nose piercing for myself and a navel piercing for a relative (to open a previous piercing). When we arrived we were told the second appointment would not be honored since it was not for the same person and there would be time constraints. This information is not stated on the app, otherwise I would booked two separate appointments under two different names. When the nose piercing was done (with ten min left before the second appt would’ve begun) I asked again if she would reconsider, the answer was still no. Although she did offer to do it 2 hours later, we couldn’t make that work. I was annoyed that even with additional time leftover from the first appointment, she refused to honor the second one. The paperwork and jewelry selection didn’t take long at all - 10 minutes max. It honestly could’ve been started during the first appointment. Especially since we needed to sit and wait for 10 minutes anyway while the equipment was being sterilized. I honestly didn’t even need a refund, she could’ve just offered to take something off of the cost of the jewelry that I still needed to purchase for the piercing. It just seemed like more could’ve been done to rectify the misunderstanding. So the piercing looks great, but the customer service could’ve been better.

Locally owned beautiful art and jewelry studio with impeccable customer service! I got real overheat and super anxious during my size refitting for two of my ear piercings. The owner was super patient and understanding. Giving me as much time as I needed to calm down and was super attentive to my anxiety levels. I love the jewelry that I have and the flat back option is exactly what I needed for a sound nights sleep on my ear!
