The owner was very professional, awesome with hygiene washing hands,gloves, opened up new instruments etc...

Very unprofessional the piercer dropped the needle and left it on my coat and went back in after and went off on me and not taking accountability because that’s so dangerous…. Blamed it on me saying I was jumpy when I wasn’t at all..

Very ghetto and unprofessional, employees are rushing piercings on Tuesday because the amount of people, and aren’t marking where they’re trying to pierce just sticking needles in people. Then will get mad because you don’t want to leave with a crooked piercing and not speak up then want to curse you out and make scenes because their mad they did a poor job. On top of all that overcharging people without them knowing there no price list and I wasn’t even told a price it was just written down and then I was charged more then what was on the paper. They have way better shops in the city who are actually good at there job and not emotional men trying to gaslight people into thinking there tripping when they have messed up piercings I can only imagine the tattoos because at the end of the day this people body and skin if you can’t do a simple piercing and receive feedback find another job

My daughter and I got mother and daughter tattoos. However, the outcome of the tattoos are awful absolutely awful! Mind you the bottom half of the tattoo is scabs/sores not old skins that should shed. I reached out and spoke with the owner to see what could be done to correct it, he asked me to send a picture as I did and I did a follow up text and call he told me he would call me back and never called back. He sent me a text saying he was doing something and would call back. I immediately let him know that we are not happy about the outcome of our tattoos and still he has not responded or called. This was our first time at Xclusive we are very unhappy with the results and no response or communication to rectify it. If I could get zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 I do NOT recommend. Jay was amazing! He did my partner's piercing without a hitch. He sat down and explained all of his sterilization processes in detail enough to put our minds at ease even though he was super busy. He made me feel heard and seen. Super professional and clean environment.
