Can't say enough good things about my experience. I worked with Shannon on designing my first tattoo and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and gracious throughout the process. I left with a beautiful woodcut-style tattoo and clear instructions for the healing process. I am so grateful for the folks at Yellow Bird (and Shannon in particular!) for making this experience so positive and the outcome so stunning. Well worth the trip to Richmond from Harrisonburg!

10/10 amazing. I’ve gotten tattooed here twice. One by appointment and one walk in and both went very smoothly. Everyone works really hard to draw up exactly what you want.

Great experience! Shannon was very professional, helpful and flexible with the design and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Him and the rest of the staff were all very kind and friendly.

I had the best experience at this place. It was super clean and Frankie is the best! We worked together to figure out the design for my tattoo and it turned out perfect. I got a fantastic fine line dragon tattoo that is healing beautifully. This was my first tattoo and Frankie was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming here again!! 😊

From out of town it was easy to share the artwork I wanted and was matched with an artist! Super clean, great first impression when I arrived. Artist and I talked about scaling what I wanted, and Brittany was super professional and helpful about adding color and how to maintain the linocut features of the art I wanted. I am thrilled with her se of and take in the art I shared and I love my new tattoo.
