Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Piercing

Have you been to see Scarlett! Why not! They are awesome and the experience with them was amazing. This was my first tattoo! I contacted them on Instagram with my requested design. Trusted them and allowed them to design anyway they liked. When I arrived, they were very kind, friendly, and professional. I had three options to choose from. Definitely took their advice. They made me feel relaxed during a session that was less than an hour! The shop is very clean and all the artists ensure their stations are cleaned as well! Definitely getting a few more tattoos in the very near future! Highly recommend Scarlett and BH Tattoo!

I’ve debated long and hard about leaving a review, but after going to another piercing place, where they affirmed my feelings that my piercer changed my earrings with too long of bars and unorthodox practices, I feel it’s only just I share my experience. First off, a front desk receptionist should NOT be the one helping you pick your jewelry; they might be educated, but they’re not nearly as educated as a piercer. Secondly, I was not informed that an apprentice was the only one handling my change-outs (not that I care, but that should’ve been disclosed before I paid). Thirdly, an apprentice should NEVER be left unsupervised, as it is illegal without proper licensure:). Jeremiah was a very kind individual, but it was obvious he wasn't comfortable changing out my earrings, and he left me a bloody mess. This is just bad practice and unprofessional. I paid $150 with the additional $40 I spent being a waste of money, as Jeremiah was unable to provide all the services I paid for. I am not confrontational, but I should've at least been refunded for the service that was not fulfilled. Never again will I spend my money at this location, nor really at any other BHS location, as it is inconsistent and it's a matter of luck with the piercers. I feel like this company markets their piercings as being on the cheaper side, but then you're constantly having to change out piercings because the bars are never the right size for your body.

Ran into an apprentice of Blue Horseshoe, Marley, who had a Wonderful energy, and recommend his parlor for getting my finger tattoos fixed. He had such a passion and Love for his craft, I had to check it out. Very welcoming and helpful staff there. Brandon ended up doing them and did a great job 🙂 they gave me a great deal, awesome energy, very professional. Payed attention to some of the other staff interacting with other customers and the whole energy was solid. absolutely my top recommendation for any work you're interested in 😊 they get the coveted 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌀

Not worth the price! I allowed time for my tattoo to heal, but I’ve realized that I spent $1,600 on a piece I’m truly unhappy with. I originally shared an inspiration photo and was quoted $1,400. However, the final tattoo looked nothing like the reference image and had very uneven shading around it. I expressed my concerns to the artist, and he stated he could touch it up and add to the shading to make it look better. I expected him to correct it because he didn’t do even close to what I asked for. Instead, I was charged an additional $200, yet the tattoo still isn’t what I asked for. I’m left with a tattoo I do not like and now have to pay another artist to make it look better. Inspiration pic vs what I got
