Had a great experience getting pierced the other day with my sister. Was painless and quick. I don’t know the name of the piercer, but he was exceptionally kind and experienced. Best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Ask for the man when getting pierced, he is amazing!

The piercer, i forget her name, damaged my jewelry when i went in back in OCTOBER to get my dermal top changed. She offered to purchase a new piercing top for me and i still have yet to get it. Every time i call, there always seems to be a delay and im told i will get a call back. I have never received a call and every time i received an “update” it was from me calling. they are very unprofessional. please go elsewhere!

This is the best place to go to. Staff was very friendly and helpful and very professional. I totally enjoyed my experience here. I got my nose pierced on 05/07/26. I recommend that you come here for the best service.

The first day we went to find out what we needed we met Marty. She was super helpful. Thank you Marty! When we went back the next day with the proper documents (call first if you are bringing a minor) Kate helped us. She was so helpful and very pleasant to talk to when we had questions. Thank you Kate! Ki pierced my daughters navel. Ki was so amazing with us. So informative and very calm. My daughter faints sometimes and Ki was right there to help when she did! Even has a fan for you! Didn't make us feel uncomfortable or anything. Ki is very professional. We so appreciate you Ki. Thank you!! Next on our radar is Shawn for tattoos. To be continued....

I got my septum pierced by MJ back in October and it was the most traumatizing and painful experience I’ve had with a piecer and I have multiple piercings. she is unfriendly, rough, hasty, and over all doesn’t know what she is doing. she had to repoke me about 3 times because “the jewelry wouldn’t come through.” she wasn’t comforting at all. my best friend came as moral support and she almost fainted watching me get my septum. mind you, she has her septum. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I HIGHLY do not recommend booking with her!
