I can't say enough good things about Antonio Almanzan at Supreme Styles Tattoo. He’s done several of my tattoos, and every single experience has been top-notch. Antonio is professional, respectful, and incredibly courteous. His attention to cleanliness and hygiene is unmatched, and he creates a warm, welcoming environment that instantly puts you at ease. He just did my latest piece on Sunday, June 1st, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. Not only is his work amazing, but he’s also so down-to-earth—it really makes the whole tattoo experience that much better. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about your comfort and satisfaction, Antonio is the best. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my ink!

Unwilling to fix mistakes made. Extra line on tattoo and simply asked could it be shaded in which would probably take 5mins. I did not notice the extra line until the following night once the ink from the red coloring started to move aside.When I reached out to the artist he claimed that the line was also in my photo yet none of my other rose petals have double lines only that one. He made a mistake and now refuses to simple just “shade the line in to blend” Rather than get into a debate with him I simply said ok ! This facility lacks customer service .He simply could have said “yes sure once it is healed no problem I will shade the line in for you”. Happy customers return and bring more customers. Poor customer service and you lose service .My Appointment was scheduled for 6:00pm he was running behind he asked to come at 7:00pm ,I worked with him and came at 7:00pm wasn’t called back until 7:53pm. Those that are paid to provide a service and want the customers to work with them when things are in inconvenience to the customer however when the tables turned and customer simply ask for a touch up on the work done I get shunned away. Will not be returning and I’m sure I’m not the only “One and Done “customer this shop has . Negative star for lack of customer service. Those that receive service put up with certain things because we really want to have a good experience however in the end these people true colors show once they take your deposit and money .

Brian && Mark are who I’ve gone to. The shop is ok definitely needs upgrades but these artist are really why I will continue to come here. They both are extremely clean, friendly, TALENTED, and ON TIME. From what I’ve experienced in this establishment, other than the owner, they are the most professional and proficient. Clients I have referred to either of them have gave me the same feedback those two artist are great but the unprofessional atmosphere and overall look of the establishment needs work.
