Denise is an amazing artist! She always gets me in when she’s available and makes it easy to book. All the work she’s done for me is always amazing. The small details are amazing every time. I always recommend her or her shop to anyone and everyone. No matter the style you want there’s definitely an artist that can get you taken care of and do it amazingly!

i got a custom portrait tattoo of my beloved cat here for my birthday :-) dani was great & knowledgeable & helped me decide on the placement + the tattoo healed very quickly! everyone was nice & welcoming :) i would recommend bringing headphones maybe if u get overstimulated by loud environments because of the music playing combined with a game(?) machine in the front area ..! i plan to come back soon (with headphones next time lol!!) thanks! ^_^ update: i have been back 2 more times since the original review! the game machine has been off when i've been so no loud noises & everyone is still great! i got more color added to my cat tattoo from dani + i got a super cute clover flash from vic who also gave me a real 4 leaf clover that i love & am keeping forever !! highly recommend both & my bf got his first ever tattoo from dani and they were very understanding with him and his nerves about it !!! love this place !!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here regularly for a while and have multiple fantastic tattoos from many artists at this shop. Not only are the tats done well but the staff is incredibly kind and I always feel safe and taken care of. It’s clean and everyone is respectful and professional. I always walk out feeling heard and with a tat I am proud to have. I heavily recommend this place and every single artist. Wonderful service, wonderful tats, wonderful people.

i found this place when we still lived downtown. my first tattoo here was my medusa one in August/September. i have been in the shop almost every other week. I’ve gotten tattoos from Michael, Slip, Ollie, Lolly and Vic, with Lolly being my main artist. We’ve always been welcome to even just come and hang out with our family (because that’s what they are at this point). we’ve never had a single interaction with anyone in the shop that’s been negative, or exclusive. they are always so much fun when we go in. they are always kind, willing to make changes as necessary, and genuinely loving and caring people. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone go to Tender Heart.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Lolly Lu (dragon) and Ollie (tiger) on multiple tattoos. They’ll give you great pieces that you’ll be proud to show off. I look forward to seeing them both becoming known in the tattoo industry. I also got flash for an event done by Ren (lucky foot)the owner who was light handed and speedy with perfection. The shop is a very open place that feels welcoming to everyone. Clean and organized everything you’d want in a shop.
